All the dishes were more delicious than I expected and I was very satisfied. In particular, the wasabi and salt on the beef with sea urchin worked well, and I felt extremely happy. The harmony between the trout and salmon roe and the relationship with the eel was also delicious. I feel like the sushi and desserts are a little underwhelming compared to the other dishes, but overall I was very satisfied. The sake list was extensive, and the staff's hospitality was great. I would like to visit you again.

I stretched out a bit and had Robatayaki dinner. Since it was early, I had a private dinner and enjoyed the delicious food while chatting with the staff. The grilled local vegetables have a strong flavor, and the beef and wasabi bowl are perfect!I'm a bit picky, so I ordered individual items, but I was very satisfied with each item.

I used it the other day for an anniversary. All dishes were very delicious.I particularly liked the seared bonito, which was heated directly over hot charcoal so that the surface was crispy and the bonito was still fresh inside. The garnished spices were not too strong and had a very good balance, making it a masterpiece.I would like to eat it again, so I would like it to remain on the menu in the future.Thank you for the delicious food.

August 2024What you eat here is a well-crafted ash-fire journey. The food is fresh and the focus is on ash-fire cooking. The guests are treated well. Each dish is clearly designed with care and the serving time between each dish is very controlled. Okay, after one plate is eaten, the next plate is served immediately, and the temperature is also handled appropriately. The two types of wagyu have their own characteristics. The wagyu from srlet itself is quite creamy, and the one with extra money has texture. (It depends on your needs) The birthday cake was processed in a good time and the atmosphere was very good. It seemed like the whole restaurant was celebrating our birthday with us. ^^

Very interesting meal. The waitress were very friendly and provided a room service for food I couldn't finish there.Very unique experience overall. Never really ate Japanese food in this style. As the local Japanese restaurants in my homecountry Malaysia tends to have their own interpretation upon Japanese cuisines, and it ends up being more cooked and more of an interpretation for our local culture rather than the proper original Japanese culture itself.

Crazy high price for little food tastes below average. For those who want to have something to eat, I recommend the Italian restaurant. The food there is also not good but the price is fair.
