The recommended point here is definitely the food.Pesticide-free homegrown vegetables are really delicious! There was a large selection of alcohol and even homemade liqueurs. But the best part is draft beer! Apparently it was a special server, and it was delicious with a hint of sweetness. There was a note on the table as a request, and it said that the lower meals would be served on a cooperative basis. Most people cooperated and prepared the meals themselves. The room was spacious, and it was cool even in the summer, so we didn't need an air conditioner. The bathroom was a good size, but it smelled a little musty because it was in the basement. If there are many guests, the parking lot will be full and you will have to park on the street near the lodge. I stopped it overnight and had no problems at all.The owner and his wife were very friendly and we had a great time talking. The other staff members were also very nice.

I was full with freshly picked vegetables. The bread, yogurt, and miso are all made by hand. I saw a lot of people climbing mountains.

Accommodations you should not go nearThe public road in front of the lodge has been occupied by half-grey people and has turned into a meeting place for illegally modified cars. When I entered by mistake, a thug-like man yelled at me, saying, ``Hey! This is our private road! Don't just come in!''When I asked him who he was, he said, ``I'm a regressor, you can tell just by looking at me! You idiot! Get out!'' and kicked my car. When I reported it to Ueda Police Station, I was advised, ``Sugadaira is not full of inns like this, so please don't give me a bad impression. It's best not to go near places where there are such dangerous people in the future.''Later, Hirato Suga told me that the inside of the inn was cluttered with utensils belonging to his family, the food he was proud of was salty, the water was in paper cups, and the kitchen was filthy because ``normal guests wouldn't go there.''

I used it the night before climbing Mt. Nekodake on Mt. Shia.A car will pick you up at the Davos bus stop (it's about a 15 minute walk, but it's on Meiji University's private land and you can't pass depending on the time, so it feels like a mountain trail).A husband who seems to be a hobbyist and a wife who is efficient? It is operated byIt was a Sunday night so it was pretty busy, but there were two other customers who seemed to be repeat customers. The rice with plenty of home-grown vegetables and the draft beer are both very delicious. There was a slight musty smell in the bathroom, but the room was clean and comfortable. It was extremely cool compared to Tokyo, but the thick futon was so hot that I slept with just the sheets. It is located between the Sugadaira Ranch trailhead and the Davos bus stop, so you can leave your luggage while climbing.

A good inn that is particular about making homemade vegetables, miso, and many other things. The owner is very picky about alcohol, and it's turning into an izakaya. We especially recommend the draft beer and shochu.
