I stayed here the last evening they were open for the season. The group working here was amazing! The smiles, laughter, and energy made the climb worth it. The food was homemade and delicious. I was excited to see them again on my descent from the summit.

I think this is the best of all the mountain huts on Mt. Fuji that I have stayed at.

To be honest, I had the impression that the staff at mountain huts on Mt. Fuji had bad attitudes. However, the staff here were all friendly and helpful and made me feel very comfortable. On that day, there were several small children staying at the hotel, but they were not at all troubling; in fact, all the staff were playing with them, which made me smile.I slept in the attic, which was like a semi-private room on the third floor. Although I had to climb up and down the ladder at the feet of other guests, it felt like a secret base and my privacy was protected, making it easy to spend time there. Also, one of my companions fell down due to altitude sickness, but the staff took care of him and provided him with an extra bed near the entrance on the first floor so he could get out quickly. I really appreciate it.Up until now, I had only climbed Mt. Fuji in the summer at night, but I thought that if there was a mountain hut like this, it wouldn't be a bad idea to stay in a hut. thank you for helping me.

Don't expect much from a mountain hut. It's meaningful just by being there.

Yamaya can be used on both the Fujinomiya Line and Gotemba Line, and the all-you-can-eat meal is also recommended. His Royal Highness has visited the mountain house in person. There should be nothing to find fault with.
