I stayed there for 4 nights and 5 days as a training camp. The buffet breakfast and dinner were delicious. There was also a hot spring in the hostel. There is a cave in the hot spring, and the water was quite hot, but it relieved my fatigue.

We went here in July, even though on maps it was showing so delicious food, the restaurants in the region were all closedThe region is beautiful but maybe it's only lively during winters/skiing season, since there are many ski resorts all of which looked abandoned in July

It's the worst facility. The reservation was canceled one month in advance. The owner told me, ``You have time, so just look elsewhere. I'm busy.''I don't think it's something a hotel should say to a customer.I would definitely recommend not staying there. It will be a waste of money and time.

I use it several times a season to participate in events in Sugadaira. For dinner, we had a buffet and sake with an optional 1000 yen shabu-shabu. If you add this option, your seat will be prepared for you, making it faster and more comfortable. We try to serve food in a way that leaves you feeling hungry for gelato. I always eat three meals a day, including grilled salt koji for lunch. The room is used for training camps for tour guests and students, so I think it's something like this. Bath towels, face towels, and toothbrushes are normally provided. If you use both of the large public baths early in the day, you can relax before the group arrives. There is some luck with the parking lot in front of the entrance, but there is also a problem with how the users park, although most of them have Tokyo license plates. There is a large parking lot next door, so you won't have to worry about being unable to park.Considering the price, I'm satisfied and have been using them repeatedly.

I won't mention his name, but there's a small white-haired old man with bad customer service. The explanation is appropriate, so why don't you quit? ʷʷʷThis is not your place.

Worst hotel everDirt, insects, mites, house dustIt can't be helped that it takes more than an hour by bus from the station. However, when I arrived, I was greeted by an unfriendly man with white hair.I recommend changing jobs. The restroom behind the rental reception on the first floor was the dirtiest I've ever been in in my life.U◯It's covered in dirt, and the filth that was splattered on the wall has become fossilized.99 bad points, 1 good pointThe good thing was that there was one friendly male staff member. that's all.Other female customers were also screaming.

Used by 5 men for Travel◯'s ski plan.Transportation method: Bus, ShinkansenJapanese style roomBreakfast and dinner availableRent skis, clothing, and accessoriesThere were reviews on travel sites saying that there were strange noises, but the noise from the ceiling was from the gymnasium on the upper floor of the guest room, and the occasional vibrations were caused by a light avalanche or snow falling from the roof. So it wasn't a ghost or anything.Skis and ski wear are rented on the first floor of the hotel, so after leaving your luggage in a locker at the front desk (500 yen, the same applies if you leave it at the front desk), change immediately and go to the ski resort (0 minutes walk from the hotel). or right in front of your eyes). There is a hot spring, but it felt a little lukewarm. The sauna wasn't usable when I went.Very satisfied considering the price!!

The whole room smells badEspecially the toilet in the room smells like a public toilet in front of the hot spring on the 1st floor.I went skiing using Travel Inn's tour, but if I tried to rent a regular set of skis, it would cost an additional 2,000 yen a day. If you don't pay, you can only use super old ones.It costs money to rent bath towels and in-house wear.It was cheap based on Travel Inn's content, but they charge additional fees, so it's not cheap, and the facilities are generally old.I don't want to go anymore

The location was great, with a vast ski slope right in front of us and the snow being smooth.I don't usually rate accommodations, but it was so bad that I decided to do so. The room does not have a bath, but has a washbasin and toilet. It's quite comfortable for a family of three. From here on, it's going to be a parade of failures...・There is a washbasin in the room, and there is a sign saying ``Only water comes out.'' Even though it's the middle of winter. Moreover, even that water only comes out slowly, probably because it's to save water😓・The room was on the 4th floor, directly above the lobby, but there were no lace curtains and the room was completely visible from the ski slope in front of it. I had to draw the curtains even though it was daytime.- The hangers provided are a collection of easily breakable wire and plastic items that customers may have left behind. There are no racks available for hanging ski wear.・The room had a bathroom, but it was locked so I couldn't use it.I booked a room without a bathroom, so it wasn't a problem, but I laughed a little bit (lol)・The water seal part (where water collects) of the toilet is not cleaned thoroughly and is black and dirty. Common to all toilets in the hotel.-There is no hot water or tea in the room, and there is mouthwash and paper cups in the sink.・I was assigned a room on one floor surrounded by a group of club-like students, who came and went from room to room throughout the night, the loud laughter of drunkards, and no consideration for the room allocation for families.・You can go directly to the ski slopes from inside the hotel, and the 1st floor smells of sewage.・My husband said that when there were a lot of people in the public bath, the water was very lukewarm, probably because people were taking showers at the same time.・The buffet meals are at the school cafeteria level. Even though I was in Nagano, I don't think there was any local food at all. I don't feel like going for a second one because I only paid for the first one. If you're not good at it, the school cafeteria might be more expensive.I feel like there were others, but there were so many that I forgot about them.My husband said this is a training camp. surely. It reminded me of a training camp when I was a student. It was right in front of the ski slopes, and the hotel staff (many of whom were foreigners) were not bad, but there were so many disappointments that I was tired. He said that the rental fees and lift fees are cheaper than others, so it might be good for people who mainly ski.As someone who had been in a relationship with him, it was a bit painful.Even if I use the ski resort again, I wonder if there will be a hotel. There were body temperature measuring machines, alcohol disinfectant spray, and warning signs everywhere, perhaps as remnants of the coronavirus pandemic, but looking at the cleanliness of the inn itself, it seemed disappointing. We should put more effort into equipment.A parallel world written by someone else. That was a perfect expression (lol)The website lists the facilities as "rooms with facilities" and "rooms without facilities."Since they are completely different, we recommend that you refer to the facilities on the reservation site or inquire directly.
