It looks like a ruin...The receptionist was not informed of the check-out time and was unfriendly and disgusting with no trace of charm. As mentioned in other reviews, there are no baths or toilets in the rooms, and everything has to be shared, and needless to say, the baths and toilets are quite dirty.I didn't receive any explanation about Wi-Fi, so if you go to the front desk and ask, they will tell you there! That's how it ended. In addition, the meals are served at a very low cost, similar to the prison meals you see in TV dramas.Breakfast seemed to be full of additives, so I didn't do much with it.

I stayed there for a training camp. There was a convenience store nearby and the room was pretty good. However, even though the toilet and bathroom were shared, there was an unpleasant odor and dirt. If it's a shared space, I would like it to be kept a little more clean. Also, most of the rice was too bitter for children to eat. I think it was made with nutritional aspects in mind, but I thought it could be better served with other dishes.

I used it as a family ski trip with a travel agency's accommodation plan. After I decided to stay here 5 days before my stay, I read the reviews and was full of anxiety (lol), but my fears turned out to be unfounded.I may be using a guesthouse on a regular basis, but the room, toilet, and bathroom were acceptable (there were no insects since it was winter (lol)). Honestly speaking, I wish they had warmer meals (side dishes), but they accept groups of 20 to 30 people, so I guess it can't be helped. (We were together with a youth baseball (?) group)The location is right in front of the ski slopes. Even after checking out, you can leave your luggage in the large hall, making it easy to change clothes when you get home. Sugadaira lift tickets are in the form of IC tags, and a deposit is required at the time of purchase. I was worried about the refund process since the inn is located in the middle of the ski slopes, but after consulting with the staff, I was able to receive a refund instead.By the way, since we had a group, we were given the small consideration of being able to move to a different floor instead of the originally planned room.As mentioned at the beginning, it was more than enough for me as I usually stay in guesthouses (I want to go there as many times as possible, even once a season). This is an inn I would like to use again.*The guest room itself is showing its age, so I gave it 3 stars.
