It was a Michelin-starred inn. Not only the hospitality but also the delicious food🤤🤤🤤. We were particular about the ingredients, including the rice that was freshly cooked in an earthenware pot, so we had a relaxing and relaxing time.The lobby has a calm atmosphere and the drinks are delicious😋😋😋. I took the indoor bath up to three times.I wasn't really impressed with the public bath. This is a ryokan that I would like to visit again.

There are loud, clear speakers and comfortable chairs to sit on. I want to stay forever.Check-in was done in the room.The roomAll rooms have natural hot spring water. The temperature is said to be 75 degrees Celsius, and although it's a little hot, you can add water or massage the water.The facilities are really nice, the air conditioner is hidden behind a louver so as not to disrupt the atmosphere, and the windows above the windows are made of glass to give the room a sense of openness...you can clearly see the attention to detail. It must have been designed by a great architect.The interior is the same as the lobby, but it's not all about fashion, but more about comfort.I also felt really comfortable wearing the indoor clothes.I love natural materials, so I really wanted to use it as loungewear at home because of its texture, scent, and comfort.Customer serviceThe attention to detail from all the staff was wonderful, and even though I was nervous, the young staff treated me so politely that it warmed my heart.Especially the landlady.At the end of the meal, she sang a surprise song and appeared with a cake! ️She had a wonderful smile, which gave me a boost of energy, and I even received a present, so on the contrary, I felt very sorry.At the end of my first stay, many staff members greeted me with confetti and took a commemorative photo during the evening meal, which I also printed out and sent as a message in the morning. I received it with a card. I have to imitate the speed at which they work.mealI was surprised that such delicious food could be prepared using locally produced products for local consumption.It's not the usual fancy-looking meals made with fancy ingredients, but rather elaborate, wholesome meals.Those who want to eat a hearty meal may find it a bit small.However, the contents of the refrigerator were all free, and there was alcohol as well.hot springThe bath in the room is small, but the public bath is very spacious and quiet. A sophisticated and simple structure.You can go empty-handed.If you want a ryokan with great service, a great photo shoot, and good amenities, there are plenty of inns that are suitable for that, but I think this is an inn that can only be found here, such as the proprietress's commitment and the warmth of the people.It's not a cheap accommodation. I was surprised when he just said hello and left. Even if you don't come in just to say hello...The room is large, but the bath in the room is small and cannot accommodate two people. The room layout is bad and uncomfortable...The outdoor bath is too hot to take a long bath.Are the amenities of a cheap hotel? The more I think. You need to bring lotion with you. I was surprised that there was a charge for drinks in the room.The taste of the food is a little strong, and it's just an ordinary meal that doesn't impress me.And even though I said 18:00 for the room meal, they didn't tell me that they would come in at 17:40 to prepare it, so I was taking a bath in the room, but I hurriedly changed my clothes and opened it. I couldn't take it easy. Dinner started at 18:00, but the waitress finished explaining the food and left before I was seated. After that, I was busy, and if I was in such a hurry, I thought it would be better not to eat in my room.The landlady was also fluffy and busy and didn't listen to me or engage in conversation.The crabs were still good because they were expensive, but the service was really bad.There are many cheaper hotels with better service. I no longer spend over 220,000 yen for two people to stay there.This is just my personal opinion, but it was a very disappointing stay. This was my second time at Awara Onsen, but I thought I would never go there again.

We stayed in the standard and most reasonable room for about 170,000 yen for two people. It was a Saturday and Sunday, crab season, so it was a little more expensive than usual.The food was not highly praised and was average, and it was a shame that the open-air bath in the guest room was too small for two people to use. I often go to inns in a similar price range, but the bathroom in the guest room is the smallest ever, and the view is like a private house in front of me. I was worried that someone might be peeking at the room...The amenities didn't feel luxurious and were cheap. The door to the guest room was a thin sliding door, so I was surprised to hear a lot of noise from the hallway. . The walls of the toilet are also thin, so you can hear all the noise even when you're eating...I felt that the overall structure was cheap with no soundproofing in mind. The Nakai was very nice and the lobby had a good drink service, so I was able to enjoy it from check-in to before check-out. I had high expectations after reading the reviews, so I was a little disappointed.

I stayed here as a couple on the recommendation of a friend. It was a wonderful stay.As mentioned in other reviews, it is very quiet.I saw many families with small children in the hotel, but I didn't feel the presence of other guests in the room at all.What impressed me throughout my stay was that the staff always went one step or two ahead of my requests.She saw that I was petite and prepared a small loungewear for me, changed the water and tea in the room many times, prepared lots of cute serving plates for every meal, and saved me from unnecessary items. I was surprised at how casually yet thoughtfully he put down our glasses and plates before we even noticed, and how he showed us around wonderful sightseeing spots based on our simple remarks.It was a stay where I didn't feel any inconvenience or inconvenience.The food was perfect, and every single item from the appetizers to the desserts was truly delicious.There is a hot spring in the room, so it was nice to be able to warm up in the bath immediately after coming back from the cold outside.My only regret is that I couldn't see the snowy scenery.
