I am neither a relative nor an old friend of this store, but I am writing here as a Suomi fan who has been going there at least once a month.If you read the reviews that are bad about other restaurants, not just the reviews here, you will find things that are impossible. If that's true, you should call the police and have them investigate. The reviews are so bad that I believe that anyone in their right mind would not trust them or doubt them. If you read such articles, you will understand what kind of human beings are.The curtains are not dirty. I heard directly from the mom that she asked an interior decorator to install gray lace curtains. It is said to be a light-blocking curtain. It gets a lot of sunlight here, so if you don't have something like that, it will be very hot and difficult in the summer. I guess people assume that lace is white. There are lace curtains of various colors. By the way, my personal home has green lace curtains.The yellow sauce is a saffron sauce and goes very well with fish. I have my own preferences, but this yellow sauce was often served at a French restaurant in Hiroshima run by a world gold medal winning chef. I'm sure the reason it's disgusting is because you've never eaten that kind of food.I started going to this restaurant not only because of the food, but because the couple and their daughter were so nice, and I became a fan. Whether a dish is good or bad varies from person to person, but having eaten at many places so far, I judge the food to be of a certain level.We do not serve any expensive dishes without permission. If you stay overnight, accommodation fees will be added. I have ordered a meal here for 10,000 yen per person in the past. Later, I received a handwritten thank you note from the boss of the police officer I stayed with, and when I showed him the letter, I could really understand the care and warmth of the couple here. In fact, it seems that this police officer had refused accommodation three times, but finally accepted the offer on the fourth time.
