Arrive at 14:40 on August 20, 2024After checking in, you will be given breakfast for the next day (anpan bread, chocolate bread, calorie bar, and cafe au lait). On the way to your room, you will be asked about the departure time while explaining the check-out time and lights-out time. ``When I told them that I would not be watching the sunrise at the summit, but at the mountain hut, they told me, ``It's around 5 o'clock now.'' (3rd photo for reference) People leaving in the middle of the night were busy, so we were shown to a private room (for a family of 3) on the 2nd floor. It's on the same roof as the toilet, only separated by a door, but unlike other mountain huts, it doesn't smell and is clean. However, it was a shame that the stainless steel that separates the large and small parts on the inside of the toilet came into contact with my body 😭 Every time the sun comes in or I go to the toilet, the slippers in front of each room get disorganized, but the staff repeatedly arranges them and cleans them from the empty rooms. I was doing it. When I went to the bathroom and came back, the staff was cleaning the room and talking to my child (honestly, I was impressed that even talking to mountaineers slowed down the work.)Fuji. The Gotemba route was a day trip to the mountain hut, so I stayed there 10 times on the other three routes, but it was the friendliest. It may not be the same staff next year, but the atmosphere of the staff was really wonderful, so I hope they keep their number one spot next year as well! Thank you very much for the wonderful memories.

Here I come to the eighth station

This is the mountain hut at the 8th station. We arrived in the evening and left in the middle of the night, so we stayed for about 6 hours. The bed was a bit too small and I found it difficult to turn over. The curry for dinner was delicious🍴

A mountain hut at the 8th station of Fujinomiya Exit.Booked for 3 people. I was shown a private room for 3 people. They lent me a silver mat and a sleeping bag and it was very comfortable.The curry for dinner was delicious and satisfied to the bare minimum.

Mountain hut at the 8th station of Fuji Climbing Route Fujinomiya RouteBecause water is precious at high altitudes over 3,000 meters above sea level, there is a charge of 300 yen for toilets, etc.The scenery is good.
