The price and service don't match. 2nd class customer service! The food also feels ordinary! It doesn't feel special at all! 500,000 yen per night! I don't know what they base this price on. My expectations are too low! Definitely not recommended for fellow celebrities!

The room is large, and there are few hotel facilities and activities (we have been to other Amans that have other tea ceremonies and incense ceremony activities). There seems to be a shortage of staff here. I ordered hot pot for dinner and waited for an hour for the meal to be served. We went according to the time they gave us. From the restaurant! You need to wear a swimsuit to soak in the hot spring pool, but unfortunately you can't use it if you don't know. There are no service staff at the pool. The only biggest impression is that every employee here, including the gate guard, is bowing when you see it, which is very Japanese, but this Price, there are more choices in Japan ~ Aman is a bit disappointed

In keeping with Aman properties, this resort provides a sense of modernity, serenity, and luxury to explore a wonderful and fascinating area of Japan (Ise Shima National Park). …

In the tradition of Aman who made the reputation of the chain. Everything is necessarily perfect and above all thanks to exceptional staff.Special mention to Rintaro but which does not overshadow the perfect quality of service from other employees.A restaurant which serves an excellent Japanese breakfast but which does not vary enough for a long stay and a dinner which is a little too frugal for the very high prices. The hotel has the most beautiful thermal spa I have ever seen, but would have benefited from a beach on the sea

The best among Japanese Aman.Aman's interior and exterior are classy and the service is good, but the customer base is not that good. Kyoto is especially bad. It's tough with all these wealthy people taking pictures and making a lot of noise. I sometimes see customers like this when I visit here. It's a shame because I expected a great stay experience at Aman abroad. There are Japanese people who often make fun of Asian tourists, but I feel that Japanese people have worse manners.Amanum's prices are reasonable, and it's almost fully booked, so I'd like Amanum to take some action, such as selecting customers, or banning photography and shouting.
