I stayed at Marshmallow. The road was unstable and my feet slipped many times, making it dangerous. The deck felt a little dirty as if it hadn't been cleaned. The inside of the tent we stayed in was clean and tidy. The bed was cheap and uncomfortable. When I checked out in the morning, I was very disappointed that the staff in charge did not respond well.

I visited for 1 night and 2 days.It was my first time doing glamping, and the photos of the facility I saw on the website were beautiful, so I had high expectations, but I was surprised when I entered the tent where I would be staying. The outside of the tent was dirty, and any areas that appeared to be torn had only been repaired with tape. I can't even enter the jacuzzi because it's full of bugs...I thought it was a rip-off for 60,000 yen for 3 people including BBQ set + breakfast. I really want a refund. Even though it was a great day off, I felt tired.I think it can't be helped because there is some deterioration over time, but since the photo is so different from the one on the website, wouldn't it be better to correct it to a real photo? I don't think it can be helped if you are sued for fraud.I would really like a refund. I will never go there again.

I used Yamaha. It was clean and beautiful. There are a lot of mosquitoes so insect repellent is a must.At the BBQ, the Matsuzaka beef was stolen by a bird. After that, I grilled each piece with tongs and ate them to avoid them being stolen. It would be nice if you could give me some advice.I was a little troubled because it didn't seem like they would be able to do BBQ when it rained.I hurriedly took shelter from the rain in the bathroom and continued.I had a very comfortable stay, so I would like to use it again.

I used it for one night and two days. I had high expectations when I learned that the facility was just opened in 2020, and the website had a lot of content, so I made a reservation with confidence.I made the reservation knowing full well that it would be glamping in the mountains. (I do camping on a regular basis, so I have some tolerance for it.)However, when we arrived, we were honestly surprised to learn that we were the only guests who had reserved the place, and that the entire staff was away from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, but I accepted it because I thought that was the rule here. The bath was described as an open-air bath (I was looking for an inn with an open-air bath), but although it was good because it was reserved for private use, other guests were in full view. Hygiene management was poor, it was very dirty, there were an unusual number of insects, and to top it all off, there were several spiders the size of tarantulas. I asked for help before the staff left, but to be honest, I didn't feel like taking a bath.If there were so many insects, I wish they would have told me about it on their homepage, etc., and I wish they had taken the original measures. Also, since I was staying without meals, I had two chukkamans to use when cooking, but they both ran out of gas so I couldn't use them, and the tongs were cheap 100 yen ones and couldn't even hold charcoal. The tableware etc. that could be borrowed basically looked like 100 yen items. There were lots of insects inside the yacht as it was not an enclosed space. The refrigerator was small so it couldn't hold much. I thought it wasn't very friendly to people staying overnight without meals.Inside the tent, there were flies and cockroaches, so it wasn't an environment I was used to. To top it all off, there was also a crumpled tissue left behind that had probably been used by someone who had stayed there before. The staff are generally unfriendly and unmotivated, so maybe that's just the way things are done here, but I've never stayed at an inn where the hospitality was so poor even though I came here to relax, so I'm honestly surprised. did.I had made a reservation for a buggy for the next day, but I canceled it because it didn't live up to my expectations. It was a disappointing stay since the website and reviews were good.If you are planning to stay here (especially in the summer), I think you will be staying in an environment where there are more insects than is acceptable, and there are no facilities or sanitary controls at all. There are reviews and websites that suggest that there is a private space, but I think you should be careful when staying with other sites in full view. I trusted them too much because all the reviews were good.

We do not recommend staying for people who are afraid of insects.I stayed at Yamaha for one night in May, and there was a spider the size of my palm in the bathroom. (I found about 5 of them) In addition to spiders, cockroaches, and moths, I was also attacked by kites, which was very relaxing. It can't be helped since the environment is in the mountains.I wish there was a warning when making reservations, such as asking people who don't like insects to stay away. Many of the employees are rough in the bad sense of the word, so I would like them to do their work with more variety. In particular, the young man at the reception desk had a quiet voice and seemed lazy. It's a shame.

Let's go glamping! I made a reservation about 5 days in advance.I wanted to eat whatever I wanted, so I stayed at Soil with no meals.First of all, I was impressed by the spectacular view of Shirahama Beach spreading out in front of me ✨The room has a private toilet and a bath with a bathtub and is very clean 🧼In addition to the refrigerator, there was an Aladdin 2-burner gas stove, speakers, a BBQ gas stove on the terrace, a large desk, a space for a bonfire, chairs, and a swing (?). The seasonings included yakiniku sauce, spices such as horishi, and Ise soy sauce!I was also happy to receive a gift of juice (at room temperature) and a ground coffee set in the room. There were also enough plates, cups, and chopsticks. However, since it was a 4-person room, we had to prepare 4 rooms each, but since there were only 2 of us, we might have been able to use it without stress. As stated on the website, I brought my own knife and cutting board.Anyway, the scenery was very relaxing! The sound of the waves could be heard inside the room, but it didn't bother me.It costs 1000 yen to make a bonfire, but I think it's better to do it!When you turn off the lights, you can see a starry sky🌌!In previous glamping facilities, the toilet and shower room were located outside the dome, but being attached to the room was very comfortable. The staff were very kind.I want to go again ☺️

It was a facility that I would like everyone to visit☺️The weather was bad on the day we went, but the food and customer service were very good, and it was a comfortable place ❤️You can see the starry sky when it's sunny, so my whole family thought we'd definitely want to stay there on a sunny day. ☺️

The sound of the waves and the chirping of birds was soothing, and it was great to be able to experience glamping easily.
