I stayed here for 2 nights on a solo trip from Shizuoka in 2006. It was quite a while ago, but it left a huge impression on me.The host's car took us to the entrance of Kozanji Temple on the Shuzan Kaido Road, and we enjoyed a leisurely walk to Togetsukyo Bridge while sightseeing at Saimyoji and Jingoji temples along the Kiyotaki River. From this trip, I fell in love with traveling alone. I'm hoping to set up a schedule soon. Thank you for your help on that occasion. Tarako

As the website suggests, this is a pension where you can enjoy playing tennis, as well as bring your own instruments and enjoy concerts and training camps. Many repeat customers look forward to the event, as they can hear a wealth of topics from both customers and the proprietress' own experiences.Although it feels expensive for work, the food is top-notch and perfect. However, if you stay for a long time, you may get tired of it as it has a high protein content that is harmful to your health. Breakfast includes thick-sliced toast and a luxurious salad with Japanese-style miso soup. There is one washing machine and a paid dryer in the changing room. Due to the location being in a deep valley, cell phone reception is somewhat poor, but you can still make calls and there is free Wi-Fi, so it's not that bad.The sound of the river flowing down the mountain may be a bit distracting, but it's just right for falling asleep. It's counted as an inn that I'd want to go to again, but I'm not entirely sure why, it has a mysterious charm to it.Like other pensions, there is a Western-style bed inside the room, there is no desk, but the heating is strong, smoking is prohibited inside the building, and there is an ashtray outside.
