A long-established inn located in Kashiyama-cho, Okazaki City.It seems that the hotel business is no longer in operation.Currently, this inn operates a shaved ice shop. This is also from the center of Okazaki City, where Okazaki Castle is located.About 30 minutes by carWe will pass by the very popular Rokkatei.Of course, the shop is an inn. When I entered, there were various shaved ice menus.I decided on the menu when I made the reservation. After paying at the entranceI was shown to my room. Can you reserve a large guest room (Japanese-style room) for two people?●Avocado cheese shaved ice ¥1,750 (tax included)Cheese ice on top, avocado ice on bottomLots of cream on topIt had parmesan cheese on itThis shaved ice is like snowflakes ice from Taiwan. Was it fluffy and moist? With a feelingIt is dense because it is fine. The texture is somewhere between ice cream and shaved ice♪The cream is mildly sweet and has a mild taste. The first bite of shaved ice is cheese! As I continued eating, I enjoyed the avocado cheese🥑Good texture and melts in the mouthThe taste of the sauce was also delicious ♡Is it because it is fine and dense? It was a shaved ice that didn't melt until the end, like pinsu.Anyway, the shaved ice menu is rich.I was really confused about which one to eat.Avocado cheese is the answer! But the other shaved ice was also appealing.

It was the most delicious shaved ice I've ever eaten. It was also nice to be able to eat in a private room. From the time I made my reservation to the time I arrived, I was treated with great care, and I would like to come again.

I made a reservation for shaved ice in advance and went to eat it. I arrived 10 minutes early, but just because I arrived early didn't mean I could get in early. When the time is right, pay in advance.I was taken to a Japanese-style room and waited for my shaved ice. It takes a little time because I'm making it by myself.I ate gold leaf rare cheeseFirst, I was impressed by the fluffy texture of the kumquat ice. And the deliciousness of rare cheese cream, the bottom is rare cheese ice.The slightly bitter kumquat sauce went perfectly with the rare cheese, and I was able to enjoy it until the end without getting bored. It feels like eating a hearty dessert rather than shaved ice. The price was 1,550 yen, but I was very satisfied with the volume and taste. The friend I went with had a chestnut tart with shaved ice and cherries. I got a small amount, but the chestnut tart had a really strong chestnut flavor and was so delicious it was like eating a Mont Blanc cake. The cherries were sweet and delicious, but there wasn't much cherry flavor.I wanted to try a different type of ice again.

●SummaryShaved ice eaten at a long-established traditional innFor reservations only, inquiries must be made by phone or Instagram DM.●What you ordered“Strawberry Almond” 1,450 yen●Congestion situationSaturday and Sunday 16:30 Line time 0 minutes (reservations required)●AtmosphereReservations are required as it is a popular restaurant. On this day, I checked to see if there was space on that day, and I was able to get in at the last minute.Since it's an inn, at first glance you wouldn't think it was a shaved ice shop. This restaurant has gained popularity through word of mouth, so you can be sure of the taste. You will be seated in a private room and guided to a spacious 10 tatami room.●MenuThere are about 20 types of shaved ice in total.A wide range of lineups, from fruit to cream.I ordered strawberry almonds.Rather than pouring syrup over the ice, they shave the seasoned ice, making it very smooth! The texture is between sherbet and ice cream.I wonder how they make ice like this, and it tastes delicious! It was high quality shaved ice

The shaved ice was fluffy and delicious... It was a pity that the place to eat it was deserted and humid.

The shaved ice here is seriously delicious! !This was my first time eating shaved ice that cost over 1,000 yen without fruit, and it was completely different from the shaved ice I've had before. The common sense of shaved ice has changed◎It doesn't melt much until the end, so it's very easy to eat. There are many different types, so I would like to try other types as well. The rooms are private, which is great for families with children.Just an hour? Maybe there was a set time, but I was asked to leave midway through even though there were no other customers waiting.
