They were very kind to me. Was it parent and child? I wonder if it was run by two people, a very energetic and lively elderly person and a young person who seemed to be very kind. They told me where to park my car, when I told them I forgot my phone charger, they found it for me and lent it to me, and when I asked about the fireworks show time, they told me. It was a really fun night. I plan to stay here again next year. It was rare to find a hotel so close to the event venue without having to walk around. It was easy. (=＾ω＾)

The staff's response is very good.However, although I stayed in a non-smoking room, the building and room were filled with a strong chemical smell like air fresheners, which was unpleasant.After running the ventilation fan in the bathroom for 2-3 hours, I was finally able to enter the room.

The room was well-maintained and clean, and I was satisfied with the room, but it was an apartment building starting on the third floor, and the children's footsteps were so loud every day until 10 p.m. that I couldn't sleep. The toilet wasn't flushing well, so I had it looked at. The young man who came to see me was nice, but the person in charge who came later told me to leave if I was dissatisfied with his quarrelsome behavior.Since I had already been drinking, it would be difficult to find another hotel or move.In the end, when the toilet in the guest room was clogged, I was able to use the toilet at the front desk.This was the first time I had been dealt with as a complaint.
