The customer service at the front desk was polite and good.It can't be helped since it's cheap, but I was disappointed by the following.There is only one coin laundry.During my stay this time, the dryer was out of order and the washing machine had no detergent.Air conditioner is weakWiFi was not available either which was inconvenient.

I found this place a week ago while looking for a cheap hotel within a 30 minute drive to attend a live performance at Belluna Dome. Other hotels nearby cost over 10,000 yen per night, but this one was half that price.It is an old hotel with a Showa era feel, and the facilities are quite old, with floor sheets and carpets peeling off, air conditioner filters covered in dust, and a lot of dirt and damage.Also, there was no kettle, and about half of the light bulbs in the rooms were removed, making me think that the management must be in trouble.Perhaps it was a love hotel in the past, as the bathroom and bathtub are quite large, there is a jacuzzi, the bath and toilet are separate, and the sink is large, so there are some nice things. Also, although there is no kettle in the room, the service is good, such as unlimited instant coffee in the lobby and a vending machine that sells plastic bottles for 100 yen. Alcohol is also reasonable as a 350ml can of Chuhai costs 200 yen and a 500ml beer costs 300 yen.I think it's good for people who just need a good night's sleep or who want to experience the Showa era.There's also a curry shop on the first floor, and Steak Gusto and Matsuya on the other side of the road. There are only a limited number of parking spaces available in the private parking lot, so I wasn't able to park there this time, and I had a hard time finding a parking lot as there were only a few coin parking spaces. If you plan to stop after the show ends, you may not be able to park there, so it's best to find a nearby coin parking before coming.The receptionist was very polite and gave detailed explanations.

A foot wiping mat was left in the bathtub, cleaning towels were lying around, and there were about 7 or 8 hairs in the bathroom.There's pubic hair in the toilet and I don't even flush it.It would have been nice if the minimum level of cleaning had been done, but even that wasn't done, so I asked for a refund and left.
