I was worried after reading other people's reviews.It was very clean and there were no insects in the house or on the futon. The whole house is rented, so it's safe for families with children, so you don't have to worry about making a bit of noise, and there's also a garden, so you can set off fireworks, which the kids were happy about. The rock bath also felt like an open-air bath, and the kids who grew up in the city were having a lot of fun. There were freshwater crabs on the stone wall outside, and the children were playing with them. It was very quiet, and when I went out to the garden at night, I was moved by the starry sky. I would definitely stay here again.

The owner was very kind and easy to talk to. I was able to hear valuable stories about the history of the old folk house. It was a comfortable inn filled with love from the owner and his wife. Next time, I would like to bring my kids to the garden for a barbecue.

I would like to post this in hopes that it will be helpful for future guests.There are giant hornets in the garden, and spiders, cockroaches, crabs, moths, and mosquitoes everywhere in the room.There were dozens of insects on the futon. As stated on the website, it is recommended for people who like insects.During the coronavirus pandemic, the refrigerator is full of unfinished drinks and personal belongings, so this is an old private house for those who don't care about that.I didn't think I would want to stay there again, but thank you for your help.

The whole house was rented out. I felt at home and relaxed. The feeling of being out in the garden and enjoying the cool evening breeze is a luxury in itself. Dinner was a boxed lunch delivered.

This is a Japanese house where the original people lived. The end of one board is the front. Wind comes in from everywhere.The furniture includes items that have been in homes since ancient times, including samurai armor, Japanese swords of various sizes, Japanese kimono, an old clock, a bird's nest in the room, and a kitchen where you can cook your own meals. It's interesting.

A retro space and appearance that gives you a nostalgic feeling of your childhood days.It was the best time travel for us. It is a place where you can make wonderful memories with an old folk house, an irori hearth, a wood burning stove, a rock bath with wood burning, armor, Japanese swords, etc.!

I stayed here on my first trip to Shikoku.It was full of the goodness that can only be found in the countryside.I especially loved the wood-fired bath and the starry sky.I would like to stay here again when I go to Kochi.

The landlady was friendly.This is a house with a Showa feel.It resembled a friend's house that I used to visit when I was a child about 40 years ago.

In the middle of nature where you can see a starry sky at nightIt was the best space to feel Japan.It was a relaxing trip away from the city.I definitely want to go again.

The self-service B&B is quite good. One person can enjoy the entire courtyard for one night. It is best for the host to inform in advance that it is a self-service hotel. Especially for breakfast and dinner, frozen food in the refrigerator is still not acceptable.
