I've used it for several years, but the owners have different tastes.

Used for fly fishing. The repeat rate is probably high because there is strong support from people with similar interests. There are some terrible reviews, but this is the negative side of SNS, and the inn is the victim. Also, the last minute reviews said that the room was small, the TV was small, there was no price confirmation, and I think it was an online reservation, but it seems like they didn't check the hotel information properly. The owner said, ``We wanted to keep the lodging costs down and do things reasonably, so we got rid of the amenities.'' By the way, I don't need to check the price when I make an online reservation because I pay by card. There are only fishing plans available, but if someone who is not an angler uses them, there will be discrepancies. That's probably who he is.The owner wants to convey the charm of the land, so even if it's a bit harsh, he doesn't hesitate. People who tell you that different things are different may actually be valuable. As expected, this is an inn that specializes in fries. It seems like this is a response that they understand, of course, that there are pros and cons. It was a plus for me.

During the summer season, the inn seems to be full of mountain stream anglers. Inside the museum, there were many books on fishing, including the manga Sanpei Tsurikichi. The owner seems to be very knowledgeable about mountain stream fishing. It is also used by skiers during the winter. It is said to be the smallest inn in the pension village. The meals, both breakfast and dinner, were homemade and delicious using local ingredients. The local summer brand tomatoes were especially delicious. In addition, the dinner is too large. The only beer they carry is Ebisu. There are no vending machines inside or around the hotel.Regarding the facilities, there is no air conditioning as it is cool even in the summer. Heating only. By the way, I used a pension for the first time in a long time, but the room was small and I basically only used it for sleeping. There were other inconveniences, such as there being no table to work on and no toothbrush. The TV was also very small, so I didn't feel like using it as a monitor to check the videos I shot while sightseeing. There is a bath at the inn, but no hot springs. It seems that the pension village does not have hot springs. There is a day trip hot spring facility near the hotel at the ski resort. Traveling on foot is a bit far. There was a vending machine here. There is a convenience store (Yamazaki) along the prefectural road, about 5 minutes by car. It's convenient because it's open until 8pm.The shop owner is generally kind, but if a customer engages in conversation or behavior that doesn't suit his wishes, he suddenly changes. There were a few times when I felt like, "That's it?" During the conversation, there were times when I felt like the other person didn't understand that I was complimenting them. Well, unlike hotels and inns, where customer service is trained and manualized, it's a pension where the owner's personality comes to the fore. I think it's best to understand and use it. It should be noted that the response was not the worst as in another person's evaluation, so I would like to add some additional information. After using the service, I looked at the website, but it seems that the information has not been updated for over a year. The writing is polite, but I'm disappointed. Is it because they have regular customers, so there is no problem in terms of business? Also, it is a pity that they did not proactively provide accommodation information. From the telephone inquiry/reservation to the check-out accounting, the accommodation fee was never communicated to us. The amount is listed online.

I stayed here to go mountain stream fishing. The host kindly gave us directions on fishing spots, and it was a really nice trip.I would like to stay there again if I have the chance. The other guests were also mountain stream fishermen, so we had a good time talking about fishing while eating in a friendly atmosphere.Aizu is a perfect place to forget the summer heat of the city, with its cool breeze and beautiful stars ^_^.

Before the epidemic, my family and I used to go here often. The food is delicious, the building is beautiful, and the people are kind. Even though I just came back from playing at the ski resort, it feels kind of warm. It's nice to relax in a warm room, but it's also kind of interesting to pull a book out of the bookshelf in the hallway and read it while hitting the stove. I want to go there again every time it's snowy season. When will I be able to go next?

The inn is popular as a base for mountain stream fishing in the summer. I use them many times every year, mainly for winter skiing. It is also convenient for hiking in the surrounding mountains such as Oze.The inside of the hotel is non-smoking and very clean, and the rooms are comfortable even in winter with floor heating.Dinner is a home-cooked eclectic mix of Japanese and Western cuisine, and breakfast is a one-plate salad (huge volume) + handmade freshly baked bread. We also have a rich lineup of carefully selected sake from Fukushima and other Tohoku regions, all available at reasonable prices.

Thank you for taking care of my family of 4 during the 3-day holiday in February. The host was very kind and took care of us, and took care of everything from ski wear rental to transportation to and from the slopes. As others have written about the meal, the portions are large.According to the owner, it's better to leave the food than to be told it's not enough, and they can't change the amount depending on the customer. The menu is varied and uses local ingredients, and the taste is amazing. The rooms, washrooms, and baths are kept very clean and thoroughly disinfected. He has a deep knowledge of the area, skiing, and fishing, so I think it would be a good idea to talk to him about a variety of things. This is a pension that you will definitely want to visit again when you come to Minamiaizu.

A pension owned by fishing enthusiasts near Takatsue Ski Resort. For both dinner and breakfast, the vegetable sommelier's wife puts a lot of thought into each and every meal, and each meal is very flavorful. In addition, the lineup of local sake comes with explanations, so we recommend you try it out with your dining companion!

I've been staying here for about 10 years, and the owner is very easy to talk to and kind to flyers (lol). It's an inn!
