I stayed here during a trip.I was grateful that my aunt was so friendly and had good customer service, and she even served breakfast for me without meals. There's not even a convenience store around, so it's a good idea to buy food at the 7-Eleven a few kilometers away. I stayed on the second floor, and it shook every time I turned over, probably because there was no brace, but other than that, it was close to the national highway, so it shook when trucks passed by.

It was a traditional guesthouse for 3,500 yen per night without meals, but I was impressed by the hostess's friendly talk about how she made matcha tea for me as soon as I arrived, how thoughtful she was about setting the temperature in the bath, the breakfast service, and how much she wanted from Shikoku. It has become a place I want to stay at!

Since it was a Saturday, the far-flung inn was about 13K away from the previous inn, which was full. The landlady was friendly and kind and did the laundry for us, and the food was delicious and filling. The next day, we were treated to rice balls and water, which we were really grateful for.

As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with matcha tea (*^^*) It's an old guesthouse, so I think it's better to take that into consideration when you visit. I don't think it would be good for people with germaphobia, but it was fine for us. The shower only has a curtain, so if you've been playing in the sea, you'll probably want to use it in your swimsuit. There is a key in the bathroom. Although I stayed without meals, I received a complimentary breakfast. Bread, eggs and coffee. Thank you very much (*´ω`*) I even had watermelon ♪ Thank you for the meal. At the end, your family will see you off. The fluffy futon was comfortable ♪ It was a homey guesthouse. I visited Shikoku for camping, and since this is a town by the sea, there are basically a lot of surfers. It was a refreshing day as I don't see it anywhere near me ( ´∀`)

The temperature of the shower couldn't be adjusted, the toilet didn't flush, and the food was mostly side dishes. However, the wife was very kind and warm. It is still etched in my memory as a memorable place!

I stayed the night on a walking pilgrimage. Although we could only use the meal plan (Rakuten app), we were able to provide snacks, rice balls, and drinks the next day. It's more than enough for the price. It's weird to complain. If you're looking for great service, it's a good idea to stay at Utoko.

I went to see my aunt for the first time in 30 years! I'm glad to see you're doing well. She is a friendly lady, so I would definitely recommend her to surfers coming from the Kinki area. There is also a store in front of the inn, where you can buy small amounts of food. 3 minutes walk to the beach. The building and rooms are old, but I don't think it matters if your main purpose is surfing. I think there were about 5 rooms.
