Bears Stay Kumejima Ifu Beach（ベアーズステイ久米島イーフビーチ）

Booked a last minute stay here to fit our family if 5. This place rocks! Basically it is an apartment built into a hotel. Newly constructed with all the modern amenities and space for 2-6 people in a 2 bedroom layout. Comes with a full kitchen and washer and dryer to keep your vacation packing light. Couldn’t ask for a better stay. There is no pool, but the ocean is a 3 min drive away! Highly recommended for your Kume Jima trip!

I stayed alone for 4 nights on a workday on 24/6. Overall I'm satisfied.good point・Good location. 4 minutes walk to Eef Beach. If you feel like it, you can spend your days swimming at the beach and sleeping in your room. Family Mart is also nearby. There is a bus stop nearby, but many passengers board at the Eef Beach Hotel, so the bus was completely booked on the way back. (Please note that the bus bound for the airport is not from the Family Mart side, but from in front of the E-F Information Plaza.)・Good facilities. The plumbing equipment is new. WiFi is also available at over 10M (AU is barely a 5G area), so there is no problem with workdays. The shower outside the hotel is also convenient for returning from the beach.・Password type is easy. Once you learn it, you don't have to worry about key management. (However, I couldn't read the QR code at check-in, so I had to type in the numbers. I was nervous. Once issued, the number can be used forever.)- Plenty of towels are provided.・Due to the ferry being canceled, I requested a late check-out on the morning of the day and was able to make arrangements. It was really helpful.・The desk is not wide enough for work, so I decided to do it on the sofa. In that case, it would be more convenient to have an extension cord.What was not good about it・Cleaning is weak. The floor was extremely sticky and there was dust when you moved the sofa. (A quick wiper was provided, so I cleaned it myself)・Cleaning is weak. Errors occur frequently due to clogged dryer filters. Clean and recover yourself.・The refrigerator is noisy late at night. This is my second time using this hotel as I am returning home.I was able to check in, but when I entered the passcode to enter the room, an error occurred and I was unable to enter. I received an emergency response and entered the passcode a second time, but it caused an error again. The third time, I finally got into the room after being asked to change rooms. It was difficult to wait outside in the heat while holding my luggage until the problem was resolved. The room I stayed in didn't seem to be regularly ventilated, so it smelled like mold and there was mold growing on the ventilation fan in the bedroom. The shoe box also had a strange smell. It's a shame because the facility is still new and the location is nice.Everything is remotely and automatically operated, which is very convenient, but it is necessary to periodically check whether the installed electronic equipment is working.

However, even when I looked at it, it didn't move and I thought it was just dirt, but it turned out to be centipede droppings! ! There was a cute little centipede about 1 to 2 cm in size! ! There was insecticide, but I left them free range. Let's all keep them together! !I want a towel rack in the bathroom like the toilet.The water pressure in the shower is at the highest level and feels great! The shampoo storage area is small and the hose sometimes falls on it.When I'm completely naked indoors, I worry that people won't be able to see me when there are only thin curtains.I had a scale, so I set it to 156 cm, a 21-year-old female college student. Delight your next guest.The check-in process seemed complicated, and two people had trouble checking in. Not recommended for people with low intelligence.One load of laundry detergent was missing. If I call, how long will it take for it to be brought to me? This is the disadvantage of being unmanned.It looked like someone had dropped something like candy or sunflower seeds on the stairs, which attracted insects. This is also a disadvantage of being unmanned.It's nice not having to exchange room keys every time, but be prepared because if you leave your cell phone in your room and forget your password, you'll be stuck camping out for the rest of your life. It should be possible to contact them from the tablet at the entrance.

The location, cleanliness, and convenience near Eef Beach and convenience stores are great, but if you stay during the season, the price of nearly 15,000 yen for a room without meals feels completely overpriced.It looks like a new apartment building from the outside, so much so that even veteran local taxi drivers choose it as a place to stay.After completing an unattended check-in and payment using your smartphone and credit card, you can enter the room by entering your PIN at the entrance.In addition to the kitchen, there is a free washing machine and gas dryer, as well as detergent.The water area was thoroughly cleaned, and the sheets and covers were clean, but unfortunately there was some dirt left on the floor inside the room.The air conditioning worked well and no insects came in, so I was able to spend my time comfortably.In front of the room, sugar cane sways gently in the breeze, giving you the feel of a remote island in Okinawa.

I used it at my work accommodation!Check-in and check-out can be done using your smartphone, which is very convenient!The room was clean and I had a comfortable stay without any inconvenience!There are restaurants and Family Mart near the hotel, so you won't have to worry about finding something to eat!I would like to use it again when I go to Kumejima 😊

I stayed here in January 2023.Checking in at the entrance went smoothly.There was no vending machine at the entrance.There were disposable slippers in the room.Compared to other resort hotels on Kumejima, the facilities such as bathrooms, air conditioners, and televisions are newer, so I'm personally satisfied. However, what is significantly different from hotels is the quality of room cleaning. There are remnants of previous guests, such as clogged washroom drains and clogged washer/dryer filters. The floor is a cushioned floor, unlike hotel carpet, so the footprints of previous guests are noticeable. (I think the hotel is just inconspicuous.)There was a vacuum cleaner in the room, but I wish there was a wiper to clean the floor during my stay.There are many dead insects stuck to the screen door from the summer. (This is natural since it is adjacent to a sugarcane field)There are various things, but I think it's okay if you don't care about the details.The scenery is a vacant lot in front of you, so it doesn't feel like a resort.What makes it attractive is that it was built recently and the facilities are new.There are enough kitchen facilities for those who like to cook for themselves.You can use the washer/dryer as much as you want.There are many outlets, including around the bed.Suitable for people who don't want the same service as a hotel, don't care about the details, and don't need a view from the accommodation.

Located in the middle of Eef Beach town, with good access to famous restaurants and beaches! The room is spacious and the toilet is separate. The bath is also spacious with a one-tsubo bath. It was great that it had a washing machine, gas dryer, and detergent!The only thing with DX is that you don't have to check in for everyone, but you do it on a tablet at the entrance, but it's a bit tedious, and although it feels advanced, it doesn't feel luxurious. I felt a little uncomfortable having a video taken of me pronouncing my name. I don't know who is watching. I guess it has no choice but for security reasons.

I stayed here because I was attracted to the clean and spacious room, the kitchen where you can cook your own meals, and the washer/dryer.Since we were with multiple people, we booked a larger room. There were 4 air conditioners.My plans were canceled due to an unexpected typhoon, so I contacted them and was able to check in early.I self-checked in using a tablet in the lobby, but it was a little slow because it wasn't fully charged and was at 0%.It was really nice to be able to run the washing machine and dryer as much as I wanted after playing in the sea! Also, there were lots of hand towels and bath towels, which was helpful!There was no clothesline on the balcony, probably because there was a dryer...I wish I had a clothesline to dry my diving equipment since I have a balcony.There was a shower and a bathtub, and shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were provided, but for some reason the conditioner was very watery (I mean, it's almost water, is that what the product is? Or is it diluted? I don't know), but even when I used it, it had no effect. .OMGKitchen facilities were also available.
