The accommodation was big and the swimming pool was big, so it was good. It's a quiet place, so there's something good about it. But there was also something very uncomfortable. I'll tell you. My family arrived at 6 p.m. on the first day, but the steward informed me that there was no water coming out of the villa, and he put our family in a very small villa. I couldn't take a break until 8 p.m. and I couldn't eat dinner. We repaired well past 8 p.m. and we were very tired because we moved again. On the third day, when I prepared dinner, I felt very uncomfortable because I had a power outage, and I lit a candle and had dinner. Because of this, I sent an email to the host, but there was no reply. I was very displeased. Also, Wi-Fi doesn't work well in the room. So my family could not communicate. The noise from the air conditioner was so loud that I couldn't sleep comfortably. Also, the sound of yoga from next door was so loud that I couldn't sleep either. Since the villa is a rice field, lizards and worms come into the room. Particularly, the big problem is the irresponsible attitude of the host. I don't want to recommend this house to anyone.

I Never recommend the place.Last night before I leave there, it was heavy rain,electricity was off , wifi as well . I tried to ring to manager and he told me that get there with in20 minutes.but he got the villa after2hours from hanging up the phone.During the waiting ,i tried to ring a lot by given the phone he gave me. We had a baby .baby was cry too much with scary in the darkness .The time ,I spent there ,was a meaning holiday which has got in four years with my family that have been separated for 4 years.Secondly, we could use only 3 towels during 3days. We asked to staff getting extra towels second day, he told me that it left 2towels sorry.. that was all....Lastly, don’t expect the quality of breakfast..If I get chance , I want refund......

The cleanliness could be better!With a driver you can get to Ubud City in about 15 minutes.We always received excellent support from Karsa when organizing a driver!The cleanliness in the bathrooms and kitchen left a lot to be desired. The mosquito nets over the beds should be cleaned. The garbage in the garden (empty bottles) should be removed.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful location amongst the rice padi's approximately 15 minutes taxi from the centre of Ubud. Lovely grounds, very private and spacious. A handful of restaurants and a spa hotel within 5 mins walk and a local shop within the same distance. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
