We stayed for 4 nights during a ski trip. It was brilliant. Extremely comfy and spacious rooms with ensuite bathroom. Taki was extremely accommodating and always ready to give ski advice or take you on the 1min bus trip to the ski slopes. The breakfast and dinner available are delicious. We had perfect omelettes with fluffy white bread every morning and the udon pod was fantastic for dinner. There is a Private Onsen which you can use after a hard day's skiing.

Taky and Kimi were exceptional hosts - very friendly and helpful, and prepare lovely meals for their guests. The house is beautiful, with stunningly renovated rooms, an incredible view and excellent facilities (i.e. restaurant, hot baths, shuttle service). The location is convenient for access to the Madarao mountain slopes and nice local restaurants/bars.

The friendly owner and his wife serve a mix of Japanese and Western cuisine, so you'll never get bored!In addition to activities in the green season, you can also enjoy snow sports in the winter.If the timing is right, you can have fun with the owner who has the skills and legs of a professional!

Very nice typical Japanese family pension.The owner Takeshi will really go the extra mile to make your stay as pleasant as possible.The homemade breakfast is a delight before going skiing. I also recommend booking dinner at least once to enjoy the traditional healthy and delicious hotpot. The amenities are kept spotless and in a clean state.This place deserves a 5 star rating.For passing French tourists who wish to enjoy a Japanese escape in the spirit of a holiday home, this address is definitely worth remembering! The owner Takeshi will go out of his way for you.
