Staffs are friendly and room is clean. Dinner’s curry is fantastic and one time free refill. They gave us a bottle of water which was really helpful.

Thanks to being able to take a nap here, I didn't get altitude sickness. The ceiling was low, so you have to be careful when entering and exiting some rooms.

What I was most happy about was that the toilets were well-cleaned and I didn't feel the discomfort that is typical of toilets on Mt. Fuji. When I went to sleep, I was separated from the person next door by a curtain, so I was able to sleep without any problems.Dinner is curry.Breakfast was a bento (eggs, grilled fish, fried chicken).

My tired body was grateful for selling bananas. Thank you for stamping the branding iron so neatly. I made cutlet curry by adding the cutlet I brought from the lower world to the curry for dinner. It's great if you're hungry after climbing, so I recommend it.

Today, July 31st, I bought a thermometer, and it is currently showing a temperature of 8.5 Goraikokan. Looks like it's broken 🥲🥲.

The curry is so good. There is an inner sheet in the sleeping bag. The pillow is covered with vinyl. It's low, so it's better to add some extra bulk with a towel. Although there were sleeping bags, the room was warm due to the large number of people, so just an inner sheet was enough. There is a changing room. There is a toilet outside. 200 yen. There was toilet paper. There is no running water, so I can't wash my hands. I should bring a wettie. Bring your shoes in shoe covers. Use sandals when going to the bathroom. When you sleep, you can use a curtain to separate the room, but if the person next to you is using their smartphone, you'll be dazzled through the curtain, so it's a good idea to wear an eye mask. Since you can't brush your teeth, it's better to have toothpaste sheets. Of course, there are no baths, so it would be best to bring sweat wipes. There's no place to throw it away, so just put it in a ziplock bag and take it home with you.

I stayed at Torii-so at the 7th station of Mt. Fuji. This experience was truly amazing and made the climb even more special.First of all, all the staff were very warm and kind. When we arrived, it was a rainy day, so they carefully wiped the backpack cover with a towel. Also, I felt safe because I could put my shoes in a transparent bag and carry them to bed with my backpack.I felt that they were attentive to the details, such as lending me sandals when I went to the toilet, and rain boots and umbrellas on rainy days. The food was also very delicious. The curry had few ingredients, but the taste was exquisite, and Fukujinzuke was also included. One refill per person was free, and I liked that you could choose from large, medium, or small portions (you'll have to pay for the second refill). The sleeping area was three bunk beds separated by a curtain, but the ceiling was high and the space was spacious and comfortable. Pillows and Montbell sleeping bags were provided, so I was able to stay warm without feeling cold.Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at Toriiso from the time I moved in until the time I left, and I would like to stay there again.

A mountain hut at 2900 meters, perfect for acclimatizing to the altitude, which is important when climbing Mt. Fuji🗻If you get altitude sickness, you won't be able to climb any further, so being able to adapt to the altitude is very important when climbing Mt. Fuji.Stay hydrated, take deep breaths, move slowly, and pay attention to the weather as you aim for the summit.
