Anyway, the response is the worst. What is it like to be a hotelier? No phone calls or greetings, just say yes and hang up.This is the worst hotel I have ever encountered.

The breakfast on the first day was delicious, but the next day's breakfast was not as good as there was no head chef. There are variations in taste. When I removed the side table next to the bed, I found dead insects and trash from the previous guest's empty medication package.I think it would have been nice to have a USB outlet.

A nice hotel near the station. The rooms and facilities are clean. However, there is no public bath, and although there is a laundry service that can be left at the front desk, there is no coin-operated laundry.Although it is a high-rise restaurant that serves as a breakfast buffet venue, I felt that there were not many seats. I was given chopsticks and told to ``make sure you have a seat before you start cooking.'' However, there was a sheet of paper explaining the panorama from the venue at each seat, and there was no explanation on the sheet, so there were no empty seats. It was difficult to tell if someone had already reserved a seat or if it was empty. Other customers who came after me seemed to be lost for a moment just like me.

The room and bathroom space are very clean.Free: There is red wine/white wine/fruit wine at the bar in the seating area on the first floor. You can take it by yourself during the night. The location is quite good. There is a FamilyMart convenience store on the corner downstairs. It is connected to the JR platform upstairs and can be accessed from the AEON shopping mall and coffee shop via the sky bridge. It is super convenient!AEON is open until 9:00 PM

I stayed here on a business trip, and although the facilities are a little old, they are clean, and have plenty of functions and amenities. The bed was quite comfortable, so it was a good choice for a business hotel.

Our rule is that we only stay at hotels that have a breakfast buffet and have good or better reviews.Well, the reception is still a business hotel.I went into the room without expecting much.Oh! Surprising! The cleaning staff put a lot of effort into the guest rooms...There are also sufficient amenities.Speaking of which, the inside of the building and the hallways are quite clean. It seems like they place an emphasis on cleanliness and are thorough...Although Oe℃ is a breakfast buffet,By using the old hotel as it was,The cleanliness is amazing (sweat)Breakfast → The service from Mr. K, a male staff member at the venue, was very good.(Real name withheld)I want to eat breakfast quietly,The quiet way you move, the quiet way you lower the empty plate,The way he greets guests with his breakfastmode voice and lowers his tension is a veteran's style. We had a very refreshing breakfast and it was a wonderful start to the day!Thank you from the bottom of my heart.Oh, there was also a female chef who was quietly doing the replenishment work. I was careful to keep a distance from the guests who came to pick it up, and the food was pretty good.(Is it good sense? Are you being taught?)The male staff member who came last was also very classy. Are there many experienced hospitality staff here? Are they all from the Omihachiman merchant family?Depending on the hotel,"picture! I came to pick it up again! Still eating! ”There are some chefs out there who are just looking at me like, Are you going on a Viking? If you do buffet style,I'll pay for anything!Off topic, but anyway,Even if the breakfast content is good at a first-class hotel,If the venue staff let a fourth-rate part-time worker do it, it would be ruined. In that respect, the breakfast here was the best!I will give you the highest quality su!Lately, I've been staying a lot with breakfast only, soThere are some people who criticize the breakfast content by raising the bar, but considering that this is not a Michelin hotel,Please feel free to leave a review.Well, even at a Michelin-starred hotel, the staff at the breakfast venue are still worse than the staff here. This is the bottom of the iceberg due to the efforts of the staff.I'm blessed with good staff. Please cherish it.Perhaps the temperament of the merchant family of Omihachiman,Is it because of our corporate culture that we strive to do our best for our customers?I'll be back!As a side note...Be careful of bottoming out in multi-story parking lots and cars with a low center of gravity!

Although it is in front of the station, it is a very large hotel. There was a parking lot next to it, and it was a self-propelled tower type, which was convenient.

It's convenient near the station. The purpose of my visit was to eat at Teppanyaki Ibuki. The lobster, abalone, and steak were all very delicious.
