Hotels around here are generally cheap, but we recommend staying at a different hotel even if it's a little more expensive.・The location is not bad, about 10 minutes walk from Ikebukuro Station, but there is no convenience store nearby, which is inconvenient.・All staff are foreigners. I can speak some Japanese, but it is difficult to communicate. Customer service is not comparable to Japanese hotels.・Everything from the entrance to the hotel front desk to the notices in the rooms are all written in foreign languages.・I made a reservation through a reservation site and wanted to contact the hotel, but there was no number that directly connected to the hotel.・The room looks luxurious and clean at first glance, but it is dirty in places. There are stains on the walls, and the shower drain is difficult to drain and accumulates.・It looks like the hotel staff did the interior decoration, and the workmanship is completely amateurish.・The freezer door was ajar, the ice melted, and the area around the refrigerator was flooded with water. When I told him about this, he asked me to clean it up with a towel. Right next to the refrigerator, the octopus-like wiring was placed directly on the floor, which was very dangerous.・There is no coordination between the staff and it is completely unclear who is checking in. When I tried to check in, I was told that those people had already checked in. Even though I told them I would start the check-in process now, it took a while because I couldn't understand Japanese.Anyway, it's not the quality of a Japanese hotel at all. We recommend that you do not book based on the price or the luxury of the room.

odor. And all I have is a toothbrush and shampoo. No changing clothes or washing your face. The interior has a great handmade feel. It says there is a parking lot, but there is only a coin parking lot next to it.

Since we had a lot of children, we were looking for a cheap hotel where a large group could stay in one room, and we found this hotel.I decided to stay because I was attracted by the beauty of the photos and the fact that the room rate is a fixed price no matter how many people stay.I checked the reviews on travel sites and it wasn't bad so I was relieved.A week before my stay, I suddenly noticed that the reviews here were so bad that I suddenly became worried. . .However, the accommodation fee was paid in advance and will not be refunded. . .After much hesitation, I headed to the hotel with the determination to accept whatever happened.Just to be sure, I called in advance to confirm my reservation. (I made the reservation a long time ago, so I was a little nervous)I got really nervous when I was told that the phone number listed on Google Maps was "currently not in use," but I was able to connect when I called the mobile phone number that was included in the email I received when I made the reservation.A woman who appeared to be Chinese came out to help us, speaking fluent but cluttered Japanese, and we had a reservation, so we felt at ease for now. Then, the night before my stay, I received an email from the hotel in English, and when I panicked and translated it using a translation app, I realized that it was an email confirming my check-in time, which was a relief. (I was scared because I thought it was suddenly canceled...)I relied on a translation app to reply in English. And then, on the day of your stay.I went there by car, but the parking lot nearby had a narrow entrance and was a little difficult to park. And the moment I got out of the car, it smelled like sewage? I was surprised at how smelly the whole area was.I wonder if this is that kind of town. . . While thinking that, I went to the hotel. The hotel is exactly as shown in the photo, but the reception area is dark.A young man who appeared to be Chinese greeted us and spoke to us in English.Even though this is Japan? While thinking this, I managed to confirm all the details regarding accommodation in English, which is completely incomprehensible. But he's not a bad person at all, just because he doesn't speak the language. They did their best to respond. Then I head to my room. The room was exactly as in the photo. However, the reviews that it was dirty were also correct.Unlike Japanese hotels, I had the impression that the cleanliness and hygiene were very low.It seems like the cleaning is minimal. It feels more like staying at someone's house than a hotel. The facilities are stylish and just look good.It was rickety everywhere, with windows that wouldn't close, cabinet doors that were falling off, and a shower stand that was shaky due to missing screws. . . I kept laughing bitterly, thinking about the facilities that you wouldn't find in a Japanese hotel. For some reason, the hotel's instructions are all written in English and Chinese, and there is no Japanese!Even though this is Japan. lolIt's full of tsukkomi. And above all, I'm concerned about the smell.odor. Does it still smell like sewage? The air freshener in the room does its best to cover up the smell, but it mixes with the scent again, creating a complex odor.I'm not a sensitive person, so I was able to put up with it, but I felt that those who are sensitive to smells would have a hard time staying in this room. The kids didn't care about that, they just enjoyed the big beds, and that was the best part. There were a lot of reviews about hotels canceling their stays at short notice because the drainage system was broken, but that made sense somehow.Judging by the smell and the poor drainage, I think this hotel has a sewage problem.(Judging from the smell of the city, maybe that area?)We just happened to be able to stay there, and if the timing was bad, there was a good chance that the hotel would become unusable due to drainage problems and would be cancelled. It was like a trip where I had somehow won a bet on whether I could stay the night or not.In conclusion, if you consider it based on Japanese hotels, it cannot be called a good hotel. It's cheap, and it's for people who just want to stay in Tokyo for the time being.

A cost-effective place for travelers of three or more2 bedrooms for the price of one roomWashing and drying machine also providedIt's a bit far from the station, but the price reflects everything. In addition, there is a bakery called Rosen nearby that serves super high-quality food. I visit this shop every day for breakfast.

I live near this hotel, so I pass by it almost every day.Trash from the hotel is scattered on the sidewalk almost every day, and it's always dirty.Large pieces of trash, such as dirty chairs and large pieces of furniture, are often left in piles at the entrance. There are many cases where items are left for days without any intention of being disposed of in the bulky garbage. Also, it seems that the interior was done by DIY, and there are scraps of wood left in front of the entrance that must have been messed up by amateurs. Even the sidewalks and shrubbery were overflowing.Even though December has passed, the front door is still decorated with Santa Claus and Christmas tree stickers, giving it a spooky feel.I don't want to have anything to do with this hotel because no matter how I look at it, things are strange.I often see foreign tourists in the area who don't know where the hotel is, so they call or look around at the map on their smartphones as they walk around. The entrance is dark and at first glance it doesn't look like a hotel.Anyway, it's really dirty... I feel sorry for the people who stay at this hotel.

When I went to the hotel front desk on the day, I was told that there were no reservations in the first place, and that I had to look for another hotel because all the rooms were full. This was a situation where I received a reservation confirmation email and a reservation number via email, so I showed them the email and they responded accordingly. In the end, even though I apologized, I was told that I would be given 2000 yen for transportation expenses, and when I checked to see if there were more people, I was told that it would only be 2000 yen at most, and even after negotiating, I was insistent that it was the only amount I could afford. If you are not planning to stay here again, you should consider another hotel. My impression was that it wasn't a proper hotel.

Don't fall into the trap I fell into. I was the victim of a scam with this hotel. Everything is dirty, the beds are worn down to the springs (literally mattresses from the 1980s), no insulation, the cold comes in through a window that doesn't close, a cockroach was wandering around in the bathroom. Be careful, don't get scammed.
