Great location and Biutiful stay

It quiet and cozy!The employees take exemplary care of the guests. There is a free shuttle service into town. It is more difficult to reach on foot. You can rent a scooter on site.The room we had was good enough :-)The price-performance ratio is right.

Really enjoyed our brief stay here! The staff couldn't have been more helpful and the location is tucked away in amoungst local rice fields away from the hustle and bustle. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Lovely place in the rice fields. Unsure why this has not more good reviews.We stayed there for a week and loved it.Very calm surroundings, nice spacious rooms and scenic pools.Dhevi, the manager there, is out of this world.She really loves her job and is just a nice Profesional person.She helped us all the time during our trip and organized airport transfer and luggage transfer to taxi for us because we arrived late and almost missed our flight.Without her we would have missed the flights, so a big thanks to her again.Overall strongly recommended. Just 15min motorbike ride to ubud center. Many good restaurants around there.Believe me you don't wanna stay in the center, the traffic is crazy there.So go to Intan Villa and enjoy ubud t it's best.

We have travelled in Bali for a month, Intan Villa is the best place we stayed! The staff are exceptionally kind. The Villa was clean and the view of the rice field was stunning.

My husband and I lived here for almost 3 months and we have plenty of things to say, both good and not really.Pros are obvious - this location is pretty cool, rice fields views are fantastic, this place is quiet and silent, there’s a pool, villa is spacious, staff is quite friendly.Unfortunately there are some really overriding cons like the price which is going up each month. As for me, the highest price I would be ready to pay for this villa is 5 millions IDR and I will tell you why:1. After 1,5 moths of being here the majority of our belongings started to get moldy. Even having AC always working in “dry” regime didn’t help. It is a general problem here as we had our pillows moldy (staff has kindly bought us new ones), curtains are moldy, insect net is moldy, the majority of furniture has something moldy. And this is very, very unhealthy to live with it and breath it.2. Standard cleaning is once a week and actually it is just about changing bed sheets and cleaning floor. Considering how many ants, geckos and small spiders there are it is definitely not enough. You will have to clean everything by yourself each day because it is getting dirty really fast.3. Wi-fi connection, electricity and water are not really stable at all. So if you work from home it will be challenging.4. There are varans living in some of villas roofs (photo attached). We had one, so had our neighbor. I don’t think it’s dangerous, but sometimes they are really really noisy at night.5. The furniture is really tired of all guests who ever stayed here. It needs either great restoration or to be replaced.That’s how I see this place. I hope my little analysis can help people who are doubting to consider the main points.
