I was actually planning to stay at a hot spring inn near Lake Suwa, but I was looking for a lunch option at Narai-juku and ended up at BYAKU Narai.I was very satisfied with my stay, and I was very satisfied with being able to stay at Narai-juku from evening until night and early in the morning. Enjoy the rice made with local specialties. The people working, the people involved in providing meals, and the guests staying at the hotel all had a comfortable stay with a good sense of distance. The bath was not the hot spring I was originally looking for, but it wasn't there, but I was able to relax in the hot water with its accent. The indoor bath in the room was also much nicer than I expected.I chose a small room, but it was definitely small and I was having trouble finding a place to dry the towels I used in the bath. The height above the sky feels good.If you want to have a good night's sleep in the morning, click the top button to close it.Next time I would like to consider a spacious room with an open-air bath!

I loved the atmosphere of this place! The room I had with the high ceiling was very unique & cool. I enjoyed the dinner as they explained each dish, delicious 😋. Some of the staff spoke very well English, others tried their best! The staff were way beyond nice. They were the best. They allowed my tattoo into the hotsprings, and I appreciate you for that! 11/10 would come back again. Definitely walk around the area and explore!

I stayed in room 109 in the annex. The room was very spacious, clean and I was able to spend a relaxing time. Also, the staff was very kind and not only helped me with birthday celebration plates and cakes, but also helped me with the decorations. Thanks to you, I was able to have the best birthday ever. Also, when I come to Narai-juku, I definitely want to stay there!

Stayed here in the annex in early October.I went there by car, but I didn't know where the entrance was and ended up passing through. This is an annex, so you will check in at the main building. The main building and annex are about 3 minutes walk apart. You'll need to move around to eat dinner, go to the bar, and use the public baths, but it's not a problem at all because it's fun to walk around the city. The annex is a renovated storehouse and is a maisonette type. There was no TV, so I was able to relax and listen to music through the BOSE speakers in the room.It was very quiet and I had a great time.
