It feels like what was originally a 1K rental apartment has been turned into a hotel. If you are staying for multiple nights, you may have to carry your own towels to the reception area on the first floor and get a replacement towel at the reception desk. They may be able to do it for you if you ask, but in my case, the trash can and bed in the room were left as they were the whole time I stayed, and no cleaning was done. The amount of water in the bath was very strong, and it took no time to fill up the bath. The shower was so powerful that I had to turn it down to a very low level to use it, which left a good impression on me.The hot water was just the right temperature so I could take a bath without having to mix or adjust the water. The toilet was in a separate room from the bath, and it also had a washlet.I was very disappointed that there were some stains on the bed sheets.I wonder if they could have done something like at least put it on the back so it wouldn't be visible. There was no cleaning during the consecutive nights, so the sheets were always stained. It was nice that there were two types of pillows, a memory foam pillow and a feather pillow, so I could use the one I liked. The windows are double glazed and although it is located on a road with a lot of traffic, I didn't hear much car noise. There is a 100 yen washing machine on the first floor, but it's not a special machine like the ones you find at coin laundries, it's a regular washing machine, so it doesn't lock, and if you use it, you have to leave it unattended for a long time, which would be a security issue. There are also pinch hangers in the room, so you can hang them to dry after washing. It's in a good location, about a 2-minute walk from the station, but there are surprisingly few shops other than a convenience store at the station, so I was a little confused about where to eat. There are many food restaurants around Nishitetsu Futsukaichi Station, which is about a 10-minute walk away, so I always ate there and then walked back, so I didn't really see the advantage of being close to the station. It's a normal apartment building, so there's only one elevator, so you might end up with a contractor, or cleaning supplies may be left in the elevator. There are three rooms on the same floor, but I didn't run into anyone on the same floor by chance, so I didn't feel awkward.Overall, I think it would be best for male office workers to use it for business purposes. The price for one night is so cheap. If you don't need extra services and don't mind doing laundry.
