I stayed in an upgraded room for the first time in several years. The footbath and semi-open-air bath with natural hot spring water were extremely relaxing. The food was also delicious. Thank you for the meal.

The staff were so friendly and it was raining on the way into the ryokan. I tried to take care of the guests first and put them under an umbrella as it was raining, but they said it was okay and were so kind that I felt a little sad. The food served was delicious, the courses were good, and the breakfast was filling and plentiful! The hot springs also played a big role in relieving fatigue, and on the way back to Korea, when I got out of the bus 4 minutes later than the scheduled time, the staff member said, “Would you like me to carry your suitcase for you?” I'm really grateful that you did this, but I've been so thankful that I just wanted to receive my heart's approval, so I wanted to alleviate the staff's troubles just a little bit.The staff member in front of me who was holding other people's suitcases had quite large suitcases, so on the way, I asked, "Are you okay?" I said that, but the staff smiled and said I was okay, so I felt happy for some reason! After living for 24 years, this is my first time in Japan, and I still have this great service and wonder if I can come here again, and I want to come to the conclusion again.

Thank you for your help.First of all, since it was our anniversary, I called to see if it would be possible to bring champagne with us during dinner. Then, I was told that I could bring my own champagne for 3,000 yen, so I brought it with me on the day of the event. When I checked in, I asked the middle-aged male staff member to let me chill the champagne at the restaurant as I wanted to bring it in.The hotel did not allow any champagne to be brought in. He clearly stated that he did not. I thought the policy had changed since it was different from what I had confirmed on the phone, so I checked with the restaurant staff again when I was eating, and they said there was no problem with bringing food in. We had the champagne chilled in a hurry, but unfortunately we ended up drinking champagne that wasn't chilled when toasting or having appetizers. Also, this time, I booked a plan that included a complimentary bottle of Austrian wine (Ikkyu Diamond benefit), but in the end, it was not given to me at check-in, at meal time, or at check-out. I thought maybe I was remembering wrong, so I looked it up, and it turned out that it was indeed a plan that included one bottle as a gift. I have to say that the operations among the staff are not working properly regarding the issue of bringing in food and the bottle gift as a benefit. When I look at other people's reviews, I see posts from people who, like me, did not receive the Ikkyu bonus wine. If you can't do it, you shouldn't give benefits. When I saw the special Austrian wine at the hotel, it was sold for around 6,000 yen to 10,000 yen. It's kind of very sad.

I went for a day bath.It had changed a lot since I went there quite a while ago. This is a modern inn. It's quite expensive to stay overnight😓Eat food and take a hot spring ♨️I had a great time.It was a weekday, so it wasn't crowded.Hot springs include 2 outdoor baths and 1 indoor bath.It doesn't feel like a public bath at a large inn.The outdoor bath feels like it's surrounded by a forest.Reserve your meal onlineWe went in a group of 5 people, so we had a private room.I felt calm. The reception is also polite. It was delicious
