Great service but the location is not that good.On the road, so prepare to have noise.The view is not exactly as in the picture.The cabins are good but lot of noise of frogs. Prepare to see some huge, really huge lizzards in bathroom.

We had a very good stay in Kabinawa. The rooms are very beautiful and spacious. Breakfast is very good and is served in the room. You also have access to scooter rental and can order on Grab food if you don't want to travel there are quite a few choices.Small negative point: the curtains that close the room could be changed. Otherwise great stay!

An excellent villa complex providing spacious and luxurious rooms. The staff are very attentive and clean the villa so it is totally spotless every day.We took 2 villas (2 and 3) and they were both excellent! It is worth noting that both were slightly different (villa 2 had a kitchenette whilst 3 did not- instead having a larger bathroom.The location is not amazing, however we did enjoy walking amongst the local rice fields and there are many nice cafes/restaurants that can be found nearby. It is possible to take a shuttle into the centre of Ubud for free which was useful. My only other negative was that the hot water did not work properly in villa 3, however I am sure that this will be fixed promptly judging by the great service of the staff!Overall a fantastic stay at these beautiful villas.

Even if you are not a guest of the villas, you can have lunch and a drink in the restaurant but also enjoy the swimming pool and deckchairs. Towels are loaned to you, and the view of the rice fields all around is very relaxing.The prices are very low for the drinks and the service is very welcoming and smiling.

The place was simply beautiful, floor-to-ceiling glass windows to see the rice paddies yet so private. Amazing outdoor bath and shower area and a very spacious room with a kitchenette.The staff were always very helpful and cleaned the place everyday.Bonus: There were the most adorable little puppies in the lobby everyday.Pool area was also great!

Very green area, always enjoyed our 15 min ride to the centre with this scenery. There is a cute coffee place in just 5 minutes (Huma cafe). We were pleased with kind smiles and all the help from the staff. It wasn’t a problem to rent a scooter (~5$ per day). Villa is light and big. Pool is shared, but never found it busy. We didn’t order breakfast, to be more free with our day schedule and plans, cannot comment on that. If you like to sleep in a complete dark, probably that would be a slight problem, since curtains won’t make it work. Bathroom has open space and it’s pretty, we did had slippery floor when it was raining, but the floor towels were provided. Did have some issues with the smell of the drain, but we got an extra cleaning and a odour spray provided. Area is pretty quiet, but you might hear some scooters from behind the wall next to villa sometimes. Also our villa was facing rice field and some closed cafe at the end of it, which would rarely have some visitors, just sitting there, which would make it easy to see you. Felt uncomfortable at first, but overall those people don’t seem to be interested at staring at guests, so eventually we would just forget about it and be ok. I’m general enjoyed the stay and all the space and good cleaning, welcoming atmosphere

It was a perfect place for me to experience Ubud. The staffs are very welcoming, you can trully feels Balinese hospitality. The room is spacious!. Would go back here for my next trip

It's a great place to feel the lovely breeze and peace.I can't express it all in pictures.All the staff are friendly and the breakfast and laundry service are all excellent.The family villa, which can accommodate a family of 4, is the best.The sunset in Tegalalang during the rainy season is so beautiful.It's eco-friendly.

We checked in for 2 nights, when we entered the room the AC was not working properly (hot)..Finally we asked to move rooms... helped by the staff, but after moving rooms it turned out that the AC wasn't cold, in fact the air outside the room was cooler than inside the room.So we decided to immediately cancel the order and check out right away.Please pay attention to the hotel owner and management, immediately repair the air conditioning because it is not suitable for use in the class of villas in Ubud which have a four star rating.We are really very disappointedthat event ..My intention was to go on holiday in Ubud, but instead I ended up returning to the city

Although it is far from the city center, the scenery is prettier and more peaceful! The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious! However, there are still ants (maybe there were especially more since I went during the rainy season.)

Great villa. Beautiful interiors and splendid view. Loved the outdoor bathroom concept. The service is impeccable, nicest staff and helpful at all hours of the day. Nice places to eat close by. We loved Huma.

not as nice as i hoped from the airbnb pictures.uneven tile flooring. not as green around as i hoped. the houses also arent facing the fields as i wrongly assumed but they face towards the next house and the field is somewhat to the left but also the field has a big letter sign in it and viewing platform where people hang out. the restaurant and reception area was pretty uncomfortable.the tv to couch setup i found almost comical as they are on opposite ends of the room.i think this villa is a good choice but maybe not the best choice.
