We booked a 2-night stay with SUP and surfing, and it was everything we wanted and more! The hospitality of the staff is unmatched, as they made us feel as at-home and comfortable as possible.The rooms were amazing and well kept; overlooking the beach and all. The western style room in particular was quite spacious and the beds were comfy.We were provided with recommendations for food and exploration, and rides to and from the station as well as to dinner. They really put a lot of care toward their guests.As English speakers, it can be difficult to find activities like this that fully accommodate us, but their English support is great! Nick was able to translate lessons and guide us through SUP and surf easily.Despite the rainy conditions, every activity was still very enjoyable and maybe even made better by it!Finally, this area is great to go to escape from the more crowded city life. The beaches and neighbourhood were very quiet and it’s truly a great place to relax.I can’t wait to visit Malibu Point again!

It was great to relax while looking at the sea from the terrace of the room. The bath with a sea view is also great! The bed was also the most comfortable I've ever slept on. It felt more like living there than traveling. It was a hotel where you could feel the passion of the staff. I'll come back later!

First visit as a family of 3. I stayed overnight after the SUP experience. The staff, location, shop, everything is great and the whole family is very satisfied! Also, the restaurants nearby where you can eat delicious fresh seafood and the morning market were fun and delicious! I would definitely like to use it again.

It was the best vacation. In Chiba, there are very few places where you can SUP surf. The beach is 2 minutes walk from the shop. Because it is a reef, the water is clean and the environment is wonderful. I stayed there and the room was comfortable. The rooms with single beds and double beds are truly resort rooms, and since there is only one room, it gets booked up quickly. There are many restaurants nearby, and you can reach liquor stores, izakayas, and restaurants in a 5-minute walk in the direction of Katsuura Station, so you can come back to bed tipsy.We recommend the shop school, which will tell you various local points. , will tell you where you can have fun, including dangerous and safe places. You can also meet turtles who go at their own pace in the garden of the shop!

The inside of the store had a stylish atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and had a charming customer service. After SUP, I was able to drink smoothies and coffee at the in-store cafe and have a relaxing day.It is a recommended spot not only for sea lovers but also for surfing beginners.

This surfing equipment store in Katsuura offers a truly amazing experience! It's easy to access from Katsuura Station and has a great location overlooking the beautiful sea of Minamiboso. The store has a variety of ocean activity supplies, and you can enjoy activities such as surfing, SUP, and yoga. It's a family-friendly shop where you can take a break at the stylish cafe and rent the tools you need. If you want to enjoy the sea to the fullest, you can't miss this place. It's a wonderful place that I would like to give 5 stars.

I wanted to get out of Tokyo and away from the busy crowds, which in Japan during the summer can be quite tough as many people visit the country. My girlfriend saw Malibu Point on a TV show and we decided to come. I don't speak much Japanese so usually I have to leave everything to her but I was surprised to find that they have a foreigner working for them so I could do all the booking in English. We tried the SUP lesson, I have no coordination but the Instructors were super friendly and helped me out. The instruction was in Japanese and English too so I had no trouble understanding anything and after falling off a few times I was able to stand up and paddle. The beach is beautiful, golden sand and the water is so clear we could do some snorkelling too. We booked the western room which was so nice. Very clean and we had a balcony and bath with an ocean view, which was awesome at sunset. I can't credit the staff at Malibu enough. They were so friendly and helpful and really made us feel welcome. We have already booked our next trip, this time we are going to try surfing. Can't wait.
