This is honestly a solid choice for a more affordable location for a quick stop over in Tokyo. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and had everything I needed. I felt super safe, and would recommend it for solo female travelers. The downside is the mattress feels like a wafer-thin mat and is quite uncomfortable. Moving stuff between floors is rather inconvenient and was a bit chaotic with only one elevator. Bring earplugs and an eye mask. Avoid excessive plastic-wrapped amenities.

Very utilitarian and well taken care of. For the price it’s hard to find a better value for your trip to Tokyo. Good location with excellent transportation options and good choices to grab reasonably priced dinners or lunches in the area. Pack light as lockers only fit carry on sized items. There is room for large bags but they will not be secured. Didn’t seem to be a problem because most people just had a large suitcase in the space under their lockers.

Good locationIt will take about 5-10 minutes to walk out of Hamamatsucho Station (North Exit)Separate men and womenCabinets, brushing your teeth, washing your face, and taking a shower are all on the second floor. There are toilets on every floorThe 10th floor is the Lounge, where you can see the Tokyo Towernot badYou can only adjust the lighting inside the capsule, but the space is quite large. Not oppressiveThe disadvantage is that only a roller shutter is used to block the capsule entranceTherefore, the sound insulation will be relatively poor.

Location is okay, but staff were not friendly and very condescending during check in. Besides that, the bunk was good and bathroom was clean.

It's a capsule hotel, maybe not for everyone, but for someone traveling and who doesn’t mind sharing a large room with others, it's a good choice. I would recommend noise-cancelling headphones for people who aren't used to sleeping around others
