The attendant is a robot. Everything is done self-service. The robots have a realistic look. If you need help, there is an option to call a human attendant. The proposal is interesting but there could be more interaction between the robot and people. The location is excellent, very close to the subway station and the line that goes to Haneda airport and you can walk to Tokyo Tower. In addition to having many restaurants and conveniences nearby. The room is not big but it is enough for short stays.

Overall a great place to stay if you don't mind the room being small or if you're a solo traveler. The room felt like it was meant for business travel, which for a night or two is all you really need. Plus, you can pay a little extra for a nice view of Tokyo Tower, which was great. They have two robots at the front that are a little creepy, but kind of a fun story for social media or friends. You don't actually talk to them and just check-in on a screen, which is simple to do.I notice a small stain on a towel and think the room as a whole was less clean than a more standard hotel (like an APA hotel), but I felt fine sleeping and bathing in it, which is all I care about in a hotel.Would easily stay here again.

Convenience is great. There are supermarkets, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants and subway stations nearby.Self-service check-in is easy to operate. When you ring the bell for help if you have any questions, the waiter is also very enthusiastic and friendly. We stayed in a view room, and the Tokyo Tower looked out the window, which was really beautiful.Thank you to the staff who helped tidy up the room. They folded my child's pajamas neatly and placed them beside the bed. This was an unexpected service. Thank you very much.We will stay here again next time we visit Tokyo.

Just because it's a strange hotel, there's nothing that feels particularly amazing or unusual. I guess the receptionist is a robot.

Hotel was in a great location for us. The rooms are a bit small but not that we were there spending time in it, only for sleeping. Just be aware I guess if you have lots of luggage. There is luggage storage on level 2 which is great and washing facilities. Staff were super friendly.

I used it to support a children's club tournament. The breakfast was delicious and I ate well so I didn't get heatstroke. It was easy to use because it was close to the station and I could leave my luggage on the way for other sightseeing.LG Styler is also very convenient and good. However, there was a bit of water leaking and I was concerned that my feet were wet, so I reduced it by 1 star. There will be a tournament next summer, so I'm thinking of taking care of you again.

The hotel is in a great location, but the proximity to the train station was a bit audible in our room. It wasn't bad as it wasn't too loud, luckily, but you could hear the train traffic. Breakfast was great and I will definitely miss it. The hotel and room were very clean and pleasant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were super easy and quick. The absolute highlight is the Tokyo Tower, which is within walking distance. Would definitely book here again!
