I come back every year to escape the summer heat. It is very helpful because it is available at a very reasonable price. However, it is a pity that the management has changed and the meals are now served on one plate.

I went there when it was free, and it was a great break with a walk around the area and delicious food. I will go again.P.S.: Once every 1-2 years, I stay here for several nights whenever I have free time, and each time they treat me very well. The museum will be closed for renovations until the end of March 2024, and we are looking forward to its reopening.

This is the place where I attended the forest school during my junior high school days. The building, entrance, dining room, etc. look exactly as they did back then. I miss it so much. There was a time when there were only soba shops, liquor stores, and pachinko parlors in front of Kiyosato station.

The building is old and looks like a school! However, it is well maintained. There was no TV in the room, and it was a facility run by the local government where we stayed. I can't expect much food, but it's not bad, and I'd like to be able to stay for one night and two meals for this price! ️

I have many fond memories of being taken to school events and family trips when I was in elementary school. At that time, I have a vague memory that there was a teacher who loved stars, and he held what we would now call workshops. When I went there during my winter vacation, I even did mochi pounding.I have used it several times since I became a university student. It's been a long time since I've been here since I became an adult, but I was relieved to see that the laid-back atmosphere remained the same. I want it to last forever.

Great value for money if you're just staying the night.Thank you. Both breakfast and dinner can be provided for an additional fee, but this is not recommended as it is an extension of school lunches and is not worth the price. Also, won't they take your temperature at the reception as a precaution against coronavirus? It says so on the HP, right?I wonder why they don't check the temperature. The evaluation was 3 points: minus 1 for the food and minus 1 for the lack of reception.

You can use it even if you are not a citizen and it is reasonably priced. The building has been renovated and is clean and well-built.

It seems to have been established in 1981, when Mr. Kaneko was the mayor of Chofu. I have been a citizen of Chofu for a long time, but I had no connection until today!Dinner is at 6 o'clock and breakfast is at 7 o'clock. There is a large public bath. The hot water is hot and comfortable for adults. Too hot for young children... Dinner has a lot of ingredients and everything is delicious! , toilets are shared. It became a washlet! But... it's cramped because it was forcibly remodeled. Is it tough for elderly people? Wi-Fi is not available in the room. disappointing. It can't be helped, the building is huge. However, it was more comfortable than I expected. And it's cheap!Probably all the rooms have tatami flooring. 12 tatami mats. This is a Japanese-style room with a step at the entrance. This is difficult for people with disabilities and the elderly. We would like to remodel the room into a Western-style room. If it's a forest school, Japanese-style rooms and futon mattresses are the best, so I guess it can't be helped.
