Beautifully renovated 100-year old Machiya townhome that you can rent out for yourself to enjoy staying at the gateway town for Okunoshima (rabbit island) & 15 minutes drive away from the charming town of Takehara with its beautiful old buildings & shrine townscape. The house has a small living room, small kitchen & two bedrooms upstairs. The old windows rattle as you walk around and it would be drafty without the modern conveniences - heating and very comfortable futons to sleep on & western toilets & good shower. Everything you need to have your own charming little Japanese house to live in for a night or two.
