Last month in May, I went to Awashima for the first time in a while, and it was my first time visiting Kanehira Ryokan.*Liquor sales are also used.The only traditional inn on this islandHowever, a few years ago I learned that there were two cases.We checked in after arriving at the island at noon, and since there aren't many restaurants on the island where you can have lunch (I was worried if they were open), we asked Kanehira Ryokan for lunch.After having a proper lunch, we started working on site!After finishing the day, we sweated it out at the day trip bath Otohime no Yu, and then it was time for dinner.The table full of food is amazing!Naturally, it's an island, and since it's surrounded by the ocean, everything from sashimi to grilled fish, fried foods, and ceramic pots are served, so there's no time to even try beer.The next morning I woke up a little early, walked around the terminal, and had breakfast.Healthy contents such as grilled fish, hot spring eggs, flavored seaweed, small bowl of wild vegetables, ginger squid boil, etc.If it comes with natto, it's a ☆ plus (^_^;)I confirmed my next reservation and left the island on the first ferry in the morning.Thank you for the mealI will be participating in several projects this year, so I look forward to your participation.

I go fishing in Awashima once a year, but this time, for the first time, I stayed at Kanehira Ryokan. It was close to Awashima Port and the service was courteous. Unfortunately, due to circumstances, I was unable to eat here this time without meals, but I was able to enjoy delicious fish dishes.

I chose this hotel because the room was large and there was no information on other accommodations on the island.The size of the room is sufficient.Considering the price, the food is also perfect.On the return boat, I checked the details of the receipt and found that it included the cost of the beer I didn't order at dinner.I'm not a big drinker, so I don't enjoy other types of alcohol. It was a fun trip, but I feel a bit uneasy. It was my fault for not checking the receipt on the spot, but it was not checked when I paid.I think it would be better to check with the customer at the time of payment.

I used it on a fishing trip."Good place"Inside the ryokan, alcohol (beer, chuhai, sake), 500ml plastic bottles, cigarettes, snacks, etc. are sold at the entrance, so those staying at the hotel can buy them at any time. I used it many times during my stay. There is also a vending machine in front of the inn. There are ashtrays where you can smoke in the 2nd floor hallway, 1st floor lobby, and outside the entrance.“Where it wasn’t good enough”dinner and breakfast. The dinner was exactly the same as the other reviewers' photos. The grilled fish chidai was mostly eaten with bones, and there was a small bowl of edamame, which was disappointing. There is only one type of sashimi. They're famous for squid fishing, so I'd like them to have something as luxurious as squid sashimi.The bath can accommodate about three people at a time, and there are three showers, but there are only two bath chairs.
