This was my first time using it, but it's a campsite with amazing staff!Sunday when I went solo camping.Due to the rain forecast, I was the only one staying there. We were able to set up the campsite safely during a period of light rain, and had a luxurious time having the vast campsite all to ourselves. However, from around 7pm, the rain gradually became heavier and quickly turned into a severe thunderstorm. When I looked at the rain cloud radar, it was bright red! ! Short-term record heavy rain warning...I was thinking that in the worst case scenario I would have to take shelter in my car, but then I saw a car's headlights in the campsite, which was supposed to be empty after 10pm!The staff was so concerned that they came to check on me!He called out to me, unlocked the dining room just in case, and turned on the lights in the kitchen and hermit crab area, which had been turned off!It was after hours for the administration building, so I'm sure they would have gone home, but it was truly amazing that they would go out of their way to help one curious camper in this weather.I really feel sorry m(_ _)mWill definitely repeat.(Added at a later date)I would like to make one correction. When I visited the next morning, I was told that the manager was still stationed there during the night. It was my misunderstanding. I'm sorry!

I've been using Solo Camp since long before I got citizenship. Now it is managed by the village revitalization support team, and it is a nice and clean facility. There aren't many flat sites, but it's pleasant in the forest.

I have a low opinion of the telephone operator here. It seems like you don't want foreigners to come here. I wonder why in a developed country like Japan there are people who show such discrimination against foreigners. I hope you will increase the friendliness level or at least let a friendlier person answer the phone.

I thought it was very nice to be able to set up a cool camp even in August on a plateau at an altitude of 1200 m. The distance between the sites was reasonable, and although I visited on a Saturday and Sunday, it was very comfortable. Also, thank you very much for providing the repair tape when the inflator mat had a hole. After that, the mat can be used without any problems.

This was my first time using this campsite as a forest free site.It was 24 degrees Celsius when we arrived, and it was below 20 degrees Celsius in the morning! This time I kept it simple by sleeping under a tarp, but I get the impression that other users are doing pretty well with tarps and tents. If you want to get a good spot, early access may be necessary on weekends. By 2:00 pm, the aisle seats, where it was easy to carry luggage, were full. It's important to reserve space as you will only be driving to the aisle to bring in your luggage. It may have been due to the good manners of the guests that day, but even after dark, there was no noise and it was quiet. It's cheap, there are showers, the trays are clean, the shop has reasonable prices, and the manager is friendly, so I'm sure I'll come back here.If there is a request, it is prohibited to remove mud from gear at waterholes, so I would like something more. If you're out in the field after it rains, you'll be concerned about mud stains on pegs that stick into the ground. Isn't it okay to set up a large tub next to a water hole and wash your clothes in it?

I rented a tent locally for the first time because the tent I had was quite old.The location is really nice, but when I was talking to the staff, I had an indescribable bad feeling.Although it was a very nice campsite, I didn't feel like going back. It's a shame because it's a nice place. .

I stayed at the forest site from August 13th to 14th!I'm happy to be able to stay at this price!Although it was raining, we had a comfortable time at around 21℃ late at night. The shower room costs 100 yen for 4 minutes. Please note that it is 4 minutes from the time of putting it in, not the time of putting it out.

I used it on the hermit crab site in early August.Even though it's midsummer, it's cool! I almost needed a jacket at night. The starry sky is beautiful! If you increase the brightness, you can take pictures of the starry sky with your iPhone. The hermit crab site said that it was in a whispering voice, so I spent the time in a whispering voice. I knew that, but I was a little tired of being careful...The location is very good! I would like to visit again.
