I used a dome tent for two days and one night on August 4th and 5th.The campsite was small but the lawn was very beautiful. The scenery from the hill was cloudy, so the color of the sea and the islands were blurred.I think it would be really beautiful if the weather was nice.In the dome tent, the sofa was too soft, the floor was rickety, and it was hot during the day even with the air conditioner on.For barbecue, we rented the BBQ deck.It was 1500 yen including a barbecue stove, charcoal, and net. When I went, it was cloudy and sunny ☀️ and it rained ☂️ I didn't think it would rain that much, so I rented a bonfire stand for 300 yen to light a bonfire next to the dome.We carried our luggage in a cart, but it was so hot that my husband was feeling exhausted, so we went to the Ako Heights baths first, which cost 600 yen per person. The day-trip hot springs at Kanpo no Yado are 1,000 yen per person (or 1,200 yen for Obon), but I couldn't go in during the day or in the evening, so I went to Ako Heights. The bath at Ako Heights was nice, but when I got out of the bath it was raining heavily☔️.I had put firewood supplies, firewood, and charcoal under the chair next to the dome tent, but it was very wet.All other tools were kept inside the dome, so they were safe. Because of that, I ended up sleeping in the dome tent with only one bed and a sofa bed.I had too much luggage. When I came back from the bath, the rain was forecast to stop soon, so I waited for a while, and after it started to rain, I went up to the BBQ deck with ingredients, cooking supplies, and plates, and saw thunder⚡️ and lightning. I was able to have a barbecue safely inside.I'm glad I rented the BBQ deck. The deck was very large and had a sunshade.I took the trouble to have the firewood brought to the side of the dome, but the firewood was wet and there was continuous thunder and lightning, so I didn't do it this time.At night, the rain stopped and we could see the stars. It was unexpectedly bright and the stars weren't very bright, but it might be beautiful in winter❓.The next morning, we went fishing on the Otsuka coast below the outdoor activity center.Get 7 kissesIt was very hot even before 7 o'clock, but the people who came fishing one after the otherIn the morning, we went to the BBQ site and ate hot sandwiches with charcoal, and grilled kisses caught on the Otsuka coast as sashimi and salt-grilled fish.It was delicious. The round trip between the dome tent and the stairs to the BBQ deck was close, but difficult for me with bad knees. The staff were very kind.If the weather was nice, it would have been nice to have a barbecue next to the dome tent.I had brought a mesh tent with me, but it was raining☂️ so I didn't take it out.It was also difficult to carryCheck-out was at 12:00, but I left a little early, had a preview of the Maruyama Kenmin Campsite, stopped at a bathhouse in Tatsuno, and then headed home.
