I made a reservation because I wanted to see the sea of clouds.Unfortunately, this season's ropeway had ended the day before😅I will try again next yearThe facility is vast and buses are operated to take you to each facility.It is also recommended to take a walk.

I have used Club Med several times, but this is my first time at Tomamu.I was able to see the sea of clouds during my summer vacation. The facilities are all neat and clean. Thank you very much to everyone at G.O. It was a very fun memory. Sportswear and swimwear are a must, and if you check the evening dress code in advance on the app, you'll have more fun from morning to night.

Everything was great except for a disrespectful manager (man staff). I had a little chat with this proud, pretending to be a friendly manager. I shared with him I’m from Nepal so happy to see many Nepalese people working here in Japan and He said “They are cheap labors” I froze for seconds and asked where are you from? He replied “Martus”. I didn’t get it later I googled and found it’s Mauritius.Anyway I love all the other staffs. They were nice and friendly. I just hope people can respect each other.

Accommodation in early October.I booked a suite and went with high expectations, but it was a disappointing stay.After checking in, the staff guided me to my room, but it was far away. I took the elevator near the front desk and walked all the way until I was surprised to see the elevator again. Since it was the last room in the suite, I walked one more floor.Also, I had a plan that included breakfast room service, but I wasn't sure how to make a reservation through the app, so I filled out a form at the front desk and made a reservation while I was out. However, the next day, there was no sign of him coming after the designated time, so when I called the front desk, they said, ``I'll check,'' and I didn't hear back for 30 minutes. I contacted them again, but the answer I received was vague and unclear as to whether or not they were making any more. About 30 minutes later, the food arrived in my room, but while I was eating, I got a call from the front desk and said, ``I'll make it.'' I’m already eating it though! ! lol I thought the communication wasn't going well at all.I went to see the sea of clouds early in the morning, came back and went back to sleep, so I made a reservation for 10:30-11:00, but in the end I didn't get the meal until 12:00. It was a good thing because I was planning to play at Mina Mina Beach that day and didn't have any time-specific activities booked, but what would I have done if I had plans that didn't change the time? I think so. The bread at breakfast was delicious, but everything else was average. There was no seasoning on the eggs and no ketchup.Also, the worst part was that the air conditioning in the building seemed to be controlled all at once, making it difficult to sleep. There was nothing special about the first night, but the second night was really hot. It wasn't very bad, but I couldn't put it in the futon, so I slept without anything on the bed, but I still woke up in the morning drenched in sweat. The window won't open, so there's nothing you can do.For dinner, we had a buffet on the first night, and on the second night, we went to a Yakiniku restaurant called HAKU. The buffet has a wide variety of dishes from various countries. The sweet potato mochi was delicious. Yakiniku was free as it was an all-inclusive plan, but I ordered something called a premium beef basket for an additional 15,000 yen. However, I was surprised at how poor the quality of the meat was. I was pretty disappointed after paying 15,000 yen.As mentioned in other reviews, it is true that there are few Japanese staff. I basically speak English. I've only come into contact with English in class and can't speak it at all, but I can barely communicate using words. The explanation at check-in was given by a Japanese staff member, so I felt at ease.I've only written about the bad parts, but there are also some good parts. Most drinks, including alcohol, were available for free at the on-site bar. I don't drink that much alcohol, so I only have about one drink each time I visit, but I think people who like alcohol would be pretty happy. In the evening there was a stage event and the children were dancing which made me smile.I was disappointed that I couldn't see the sea of clouds this time, so I would like to try again, but I feel like Club Med is enough.

I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and took a rest. Although I couldn't see Unkai, I was able to take a gondola, view the beautiful autumn mountains, and take a walk. There were a variety of restaurants, so you could eat a variety of foods, and you could move around without getting caught in the rain even if it was raining, through a passage connecting several buildings. The Water Church built by Tadao Ando was truly impressive. All the time was good, but the blanket was heavy and flowing, making it uncomfortable.

It's just fun!It's all-inclusive and easy, and your trip will be fulfilling and complete without having to go anywhere!This is my first time at Tomamu at Club Med.Mahen, it was nice to see you again. Thank you to Yuki from tennis for being kind and making me feel comfortable 😊 Also, thank you to Euan and Momona for cycling. The meal was also very enjoyable. Thank you to everyone for your help, including Jean at yoga, Axel at the bar, Dolphi who was always having fun, and Mayor Jeff, who was the kindest person I've ever met.The hotel is new and has a stylish interior. The room is spacious and offers a relaxing view of the mountains. We can clean it for you if you request.Restaurant: If you choose what you like, it will be high quality and delicious. Japanese, Western, Chinese, anything goes. There's fresh seafood that you can only find in Hokkaido, such as sashimi and seafood bowls that you can make yourself, as well as fried rice (made on the spot and very delicious, you can even tell how spicy it is) where you can choose your own toppings, and other specialties of the day. I especially liked Italian food that went well with wine. The pasta, risotto, and fish dishes were also delicious. There are also various meat dishes. There is also a wide variety of desserts. There are a lot of children, but there are only four seats in the restaurant? It's divided into different areas with different colors and scenery, so it's fun, and if you choose a quiet seat, you won't be bothered at all. Is it okay if I make an appointment with a GO (Japanese or English-speaking people) I've gotten to know and go out to eat with them or go to a restaurant with them? It's fun to hear people say that and talk about it. Of course, if you want to eat by yourself, that's OK too.Another HAKU restaurant is also recommended. Even without having to pay for it, the barbecue was delicious and had a special feel. You can also have a late lunch when the restaurant is not open. Ramen and hamburgers are also something to behold.Bar... Just order your favorite cocktail. Even on rainy days, just lying here and relaxing is comfortable. The dance afterwards is also fun.Dress code for the day... You don't have to match it, but it will make it more fun to prepare and wear it before you go.As everyone has said, it's also recommended for people who like being able to easily interact with different cultures, enjoy being able to use slightly broken English, and who like to participate in a variety of activities. It's been a few years since I've been to Club Med, but I want to go again soon and I think I'm hooked.

Our family had a great time at Tomamu Hokkaido. This is actually our second time here and Club Med never disappoints. ||Our 2 teenage kids also had a great time with G.O Albert, who is super friendly and knowledgeable. ||We did all the activities here and having a fun and relaxing time. My family and I had a blast in Club Med Tomamu the past 5 days. It made our family trip so easy and enjoyable. GO team are friendly, passionate and energetic. It’s surprising to actually see them all the time around the campus with a big smile on their face.I want to special thanks to Yujing from Korea who took good care of my son during his time in Kids Club. It was his first time and he was really timid and resistant at the very beginning. Thanks for Yujing’s care and love for children help him to off his guard and enjoying the activity in Kids Club. Before we left Club Med, my son asked to go kids club to say goodbye to Yujing, by that time I know he really likes her! Thank you so much Yujing.Thanks to the warm hospitality that’s given by Taiwan GO team! They made us feel like home. Kimmie’s welcome receptions, follow by Cindia’s energy and care, also her awesome performance during the Music hit night, all made our trip memorable.I cannot wait to plan another trip to Club Med. I miss it so much already.

This is our second time here for our family trip! Again we are creating our memories here but different season, scenery & summer activities! I would like to say BIG thank you to my two teenagers kids’s favourite GO - Albert! My kids loves spending time with Albert doing card games, volleyball, bike riding & etc! Albert always invite my kids to join him and others teens for dinner. He is such a warm and friendly person! Highly recommend Albert! The Ace!
