It's just west of Keisei Koiwa Station. There's a supermarket nearby, so it might be a good idea to buy something for the next day's breakfast and go back to your room. It was previously used as an apartment, so you can go out into the hallway. It feels like you immigrated from somewhere, don't you?

This is a hotel that we have stayed at many times. It's easy to use near the station and is very helpful.(When staying in a room that has not been renovated)The room had deteriorated over time. There was also dirt on the wallpaper, dust near the outlet behind the humidifier, and dust on the wall in the corner of the room towards the ceiling.·bathI have used the rooms several times, but the bathtubs in all the rooms are small and not suitable for soaking in the bathtub. Recommended for those who just want to take a shower (there is a public bathhouse a short walk away)The room has an automatic lock. Depending on the room, you have to turn the key to pull the lever, but it was a little stiff when you pulled it out.・Plan with breakfast (nearby Matsuya)At the front desk, we were told there were 5 types, but at Matsuya we were told that we could only choose up to 3 types. Also, the front desk explained that only beef bowls can be taken out, but I was told that takeout is not possible at Matsuya.I stayed in a non-smoking room so I didn't have to worry about smells.Microwaves are located at the front desk and near the elevators on each floor. The sheets are clean. I was able to watch TV without any problems. The refrigerator is small. It is large enough to hold multiple 1 liter paper cartons and two 2 liter plastic bottles horizontally.Free Ochazuke service is available at the front desk from 9pm.Small rice cooker, first come, first served until supplies last. It was delicious.Although it was very close to the station, I didn't hear much train noise, so it was very quiet. It was helpful to be able to rent out various things such as smartphone chargers, hair irons, cutlery, stationery, etc. at the front desk. Also, I personally recommend the ramen shop next to the hotel because it was delicious.Thank you for your help.thank you very much.

I made a reservation on a reservation site, but it was treated as a reservation from their own website, and they almost charged me 5,000 yen more. The entrance is hard to find and it doesn't look like a hotel.
