I don't know if they are doing business with foreigners who don't have money, but there are too many customers who don't have common sense. You can see the quality of the management when they calmly accommodate customers who don't even know that they shouldn't go out late at night and make loud calls. To make matters worse, there was no contact point with a phone number, so it was a dark place. (The registered phone number is no longer in use)Of course, it's a big nuisance for the local residents, and if you're a foreigner with decent sensibilities, you're sure to get mad at other customers.I can't recommend it to anyone except foreigners who don't have a lot of money and common sense.

Nice room for a short-medium stay just as advertised on airbnb. Clean and in a convenient location 10 min walk from Nippori station. Super easy access to the Narita airport via the skyliner as well.

stayed here 3 times already. love being in this part of tokyo, quiet and very heartland. apartment is comfy, too bad no lift. carrying heavy luggage up the steps is quite tiring. but overall good, with kitchenette, washer and bathroom with the drying function. all rooms have their own unique charm.

If the room was cleaned when you checked in, it would definitely be a five-star hotel. After all, I was looking forward to this room type when I selected it.1. The two stars for the room are because the first room was not tidied, and the second one is because he was willing to tidy it up the next day instead of just leaving the foreigners to sleep on the street.2. Two stars for service. The first one is that when there was a problem with accommodation, we were asked to take our luggage to another resting place and stay for one night. After coordination, we were finally allowed to store our large luggage in the warehouse and pick it up the next day; the second one was Can we only chat via online message when booking a room? ! Thank you to the other party for reading and replying in the evening. He said that he would ask the booking website to refund the transportation fee to another area. I don’t know whether it is true or not. (I was actually quite angry at the moment...)3. The location is pretty good and quite quiet.
