This is a business hotel from the Showa era. Comes with soap, not body wash. There is no such thing as a sticky face wash. You can also go to the front desk to borrow a hair dryer.

I looked at the bathroom on the website, read the reviews, took a bath at home, then checked in, and when I looked at the bathroom, it was old and smelled of mold. The bathroom was completely tiled and cold.I was really glad I came into the house. The construction of the entire hotel was old and I didn't have the courage to turn off the lights, so I couldn't sleep in the bright light. The room had twin beds, so that was the only good thing.Accommodation prices were high during the autumn tourist season. It's nice that Aeon is close, but be careful as it closes at 10pm.No second stay

Although it is an old hotel, the twin rooms are spacious and comfortable for us, a couple in our 50s.There are many hotels near major stations that are clean but have small rooms, so I decided to choose this one and it was the right choice. The walls of the bath have deteriorated, but the deep bathtub and spacious washing area are truly Showa retro. I don't think there will be any problems for those who enjoy it.Breakfast (choose Japanese food) is a set meal style and I think the quality and quantity are sufficient. It was also nice to have a large parking lot outside. It was a relaxing hotel for our family as a base for sightseeing in Togakushi and Zenkoji Temple.

Unless you absolutely have to stay in Suzaka and can't find another hotel, it's best not to stay there. It doesn't matter because I knew from the beginning that the building was old and dirty, or that the elevator hall was dark and full of ghosts. This is all what I experienced during my stay.・Even though I reserved a 3-bed room, I was guided to a 2-bed room without saying anything.・At night, the bathroom light wouldn't turn on, so I was forced to change to a one-bed room (what do you do when there's no cleaning or electricity?)・Flies were flying around in the changed room.・The next morning, when I tried to use the pot, there was water in it that I didn't know when it was put in. (It was a room that was not originally scheduled to be used as a guest house, so I don't think they were trying to be considerate or anything, but they didn't check it when they cleaned it.)・There will be no refunds even if you downgrade your room. There are no other hotels in Suzaka, so even this sloppy hotel is able to operate without going bankrupt. Please build a hotel in Suzaka, whether it's an apartment complex or a super hotel. I don't want to stay here again.

I don't think there is any hotel in a more convenient location for people who have business at the nearby prison, near the station and Aeon. The old man at the reception was friendly and nice. However, as everyone has written, the equipment is old. It seems like it was built in the 1960s or so, and continues to this day.Although I stayed in a non-smoking room, it smelled like someone used to smoke at Spa Spa in the past, and the bathroom had Showa tiles and was quite moldy. If this goes the way it is, of course there will be no washlet in the toilet.Sorry to sound paranoid, but is it okay to use a bed mat this old? I spent the time thinking that it looks like mites are breeding.Despite being this old, the price is not much different from renovated or recently built business hotels in Nagano Prefecture. I thought about staying again next time if there was a difference in price, but I personally have a lot of concerns, so I don't think I'll repeat the stay...I think it's a good value for money hotel for people who don't mind.

The room and bath were retro from the Showa era and were extremely soothing❇️The first time I stayed in a twin room, the color of the room bath was lapis lazuli color, and the second time I stayed in a twin room, it was green aventerine color❇️The retro glamor was stylish and the best❇️I like it very much❇️

The equipment is old, so it's best to use it with that in mind. Other business inns in Suzaka do not allow online reservations, so this one is easy to book.
