I was staying at an inn for a snowboarding trip, but when I entered the room, the first thing I noticed was that the trash had not been cleaned up. Also, the TV stand was bent and the TV wasn't stable, and the minimum amenities were missing. There were many noticeable things, but one thing I was particularly dissatisfied with was the lack of sheets and the smell of unwashed sheets. Although it is good that the price is low and includes two meals, I really regret booking this hotel because I couldn't rest my mind and body during my trip. The reason I gave it 1 star is because the hot springs were warm and pleasant. Other than that, it's a waste to give stars.

A woman in her 60s or 70s named Ms. Miyazawa.Customer service is terrible. I don't think of them as customers. We arrived early in the morning because we took an overnight bus. When the students asked the simple question, ``What will happen if the temperature is 37 degrees or higher?'' when taking their temperature, he yelled, ``You're supposed to be sent home! If you don't have common sense, please go home!'' I was surprised. When the thermometer didn't respond to me because I was sensitive to cold, he yelled at me and said, "I'll do it later. You'll be in trouble because there's a line of customers," and after he finished taking everyone's temperatures except mine, he went somewhere else. I waited in the lobby alone for about 20 minutes. It was completely forgotten.I was curious and asked the person, but he said, ``Yes? You can come in.'' He didn't even apologize once.In addition, students who thought the luggage storage area (a private tatami room) was a waiting room were waiting inside to check in, but when they were waiting inside, they were told, ``That's the luggage storage area, so please move out! You're in trouble! You're a nuisance!'' I was yelling over and over again. At that time, the students immediately apologized and yelled at me over and over again, even though I told them they would leave immediately.Honestly, do you have some kind of disability? I thought so, but it was too cruel. We do not recommend this hotel if you are offended by bad treatment.I'm also the type of person who feels bad for the whole day when something like that happens, so I'm very sad that my trip was ruined because of that lady. Also, it's very dirty. Even though I'm not a clean freak, I still get goosebumps in the bath. The child I went with who was allergic to house dust seemed to be in pain the whole time he was indoors.

First of all, thank you to the host. The host, the older brother and older sister who work part-time, were very polite and I was able to stay with peace of mind. The food was also delicious. The factors in this evaluation are proportional to the level of population of the people staying there. Many of the users were students, and after dinner, around 10pm, a drinking party started in the next room, banging on the wall, coming into our room without permission, making noise, and snoring in the private bathroom. He was repeatedly scratching and engaging in behavior that is problematic for humans. The next morning, I got ready to go to the ski slopes and when I went down to the drying room, I found that my gloves were not there to dry, so I had no choice but to borrow them from my companion and go skiing. When I returned to the hotel, I found them used and hanging out to dry again. There were so many people staying there who lacked humanity, so my impression of the inn as a whole is not good anymore. That's my impression.Again, everyone at the inn is nice, so as other reviews have said, I would definitely say that you should avoid this if you have a certain amount of money to spare, or if you don't want to have an unpleasant experience while traveling. .I hope this helps.
