A comfortable place to stay while in Osaka, complete kitchen equipment, there is a refrigerator, water cooker, electric stove, washing machine, clean bathroom, complete toiletries available, close to Lawson and Family Mart, cold AC, king bed, I just was happy, stay here 🙂

I think it would be difficult to find such a clean accommodation with a room of this size at this price. When you arrive, you enter the common entrance password and proceed with unmanned check-in... There is no air conditioning anywhere in the hallway... Think of it as a sauna. Other than that, there are no shortcomings... everything is perfect.

I really, really loved this place! <3It was exactly what I was searching for. I noticed that most of the negative reviews complain about the fact that this is not a typical hotel - but that's exactly the point! There are many of these out there, so I'm really glad to have a choice to pick a different option.I really dislike the need to leave my key at the reception every time I am going out - no issue here, as there is no reception.I don't like carrying my laundry across hotel corridors and elevators, sometimes only to discover that all machines are already in use and I have to come back later - so I wanted a laundry machine inside my room - got one. I was somewhat anxious about the drying system in the bathroom, but it worked perfectly (the buttons are in Japanese though - I was able to read the descriptions, but the hotel provides the translations under the QR code in the room, I think).And I don't need everyday cleaning. The first thing I usually do in any hotel is to hang the "don't disturb" sign. I do admit that the provided vacuum cleaner was a little... small, and it could be a problem during the longer stays. But for the 7-10 days, it's fine without any deep cleaning.Kitchen isn't my priority, but it was a nice add-on.All in all, I just like to feel my freedom during my vacation stay. And this apartment was absolutely perfect for this. I loved not being disturbed by the staff and just having my own space to use.The location was very interesting, too. Not for the touristic landmarks (although the Tsūtenkaku is close, of course), but for the streets, shops, restaurants, Den-Den Town and such. The vibe was amazing and while I was sometimes feeling overwhelmed from over-stimulation, I must admit it was fascinating.The only thing I can complain about is that the company is only offering apartments in three major cities, because I would love to use them for my future travels. But if I ever plan a longer stay in Tokyo/Kyoto/Osaka, this will be my first choice.

After checking in, the door password I got was wrong, and it was locked several times and had to wait countless times.I connected to the first floor again to confirm the password and got the second password, but I was also unable to enter the room.It's still wrong. When I went back to the first floor and talked to the operator, they asked me to write an email myself. High tech, but replaces humans with technology. No lobby or staff, entering the hotel feels like you're in an escape room after the sliding front door opens with an entrance code provided to you beforehand via email. The check in is just two tablets with two people working from home. There is only one elevator, which is quite slow and small and has carpeted walls(???) which I assume is for noise suppression. The rooms are very nice and modern with a kitchen and balcony. Separate toilet and bathroom. The mirror in the shower is kinda sketchy, its in a completely useless spot, concerned it was a two way mirror with a camera considering how hightech the rest of the hotel is. With no room service it feels more like an apartment rather than a hotel. No rain shower unfortunately despite the modern theme and the VERY high water pressure (the shower feels like needles when set to the highest setting, do not recommend). Short walk to a metro station, which however isnt covered by the JR Rail Pass, so instead you have to walk 10 minutes to Shin Imamiya station to make use of your pass. There is a good shopping street about a 5 minute walk (Shinsekai Market) with a tall tower (Tsutenkaku Tower).

This is my first time in Osaka and I feel very lucky and satisfied to stay at this hotel!The unmanned hotel can enter the reservation information on the tablet and be connected to the check-in specialist, which is very fast.Stayed here for six nights. The four-person room is very large and the price per night is very cheap!Four large suitcases can be opened at the same time and there is room for walking.There is a microwave in the room, a washing machine is very convenient, and there is a drying system in the bathroom for clothes drying 👍🏻The location and area are also great! It's close to Ebisucho Station, Lawson is right outside, and you can also walk to Tsutenkaku Shinsekai Shopping Street for eating, drinking and entertainment!If you are staying here for several nights, remember to scan the QR code and fill out the form to change the bath towels. After the room garbage is sorted, there is a dedicated recycling room on the first floor where you can throw it away!If you have any questions, write to customer service and they will respond quickly👍🏻Highly recommended👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻I will still choose to stay at this hotel next time I come to Osaka❤️❤️❤️

It was good. I didn't receive an email to check in, so I inquired via email according to the guide posted at the entrance, and I received a response within 5 minutes. Thanks to this, I wasted about 30 minutes, but the accommodation was in good condition. Having to do recycling yourself is a bit inconvenient. It's a bit far to go sightseeing around Dotonbori. Actually, the distance isn't far, but there are so many people that it's hard to walk quickly. It would be good if you don't want to go around Dotonbori mainly for shopping. At first, I didn't have a place to leave my luggage before check-in, so I locked my suitcase on a pole inside the parking lot. There is currently construction right next door. But there was no problem with noise. Check-in is an hour later and check-out is an hour earlier than other places. This was the worst thing about this accommodation. Other than that, I am satisfied overall.

[update comments]A well-managed hotel will take the initiative to change the bed sheets every time when they find that the bed is dirty. It does not expect guests to react when they feel uncomfortable. We spend money to stay, not to help you. Find problems. Besides, the mattress can be seen to be old and dirty, so why should the guest be blamed?- - ————-On the first day I checked in, I started to feel a little itchy. At first I didn’t pay much attention and thought it was because the heater was blowing too hard. Later, my child started scratching too, so I lifted up the mattress and found that there were yellow marks underneath, all of which were dust mites😰There is no receptionist at the gate, only two tablets. The staff on the tablets are only responsible for check-in. I asked some questions about room cleaning and accommodation-related questions. They replied, "Our job is only check-in. All other questions can be sent to us via email." Later, during my stay, I encountered the housekeeper carrying a bag and wearing a fur hat, using her mobile phone. There was a cart of towels next to her, and I asked him about cleaning. She also said that she could send her an email if she had any questions.Not only was there no one cleaning the room when I checked in, but when I checked out, I was asked to take the trash from the room to the trash room downstairs and throw it away before checking out.Because we stayed in winter, the wind would flow in under the floor-to-ceiling windows, so our feet would get cold.Overall, highly not recommended.For the same price, you can find a hotel with better service and a front desk to handle problems.

Big rooms can open up luggages for packing. Comfy beds. Check in was swift, check out no need to do anything. Just put check out magnet outside the door. Love the washer and dryer function in the shower room and detergent provided. Location is so good and near to many places. Will definitely use Bon condominium for my next trip to Japan. Love it!
