Since it's a mountain hut, it's a simple accommodation suitable for skiing, hiking, and bird watching. They kindly told us about places suitable for stargazing and guided us around. It's right next to the ski resort past the white birch forest.

It's cool in the mornings and evenings at hotels located at high altitudes. The host and wife of the inn are friendly and create a homely atmosphere. It was comfortable with amenities and loungewear.

I stayed on a plan that included dinner (no breakfast). Thank you very much for your help. That day, when I told him that I was planning to go stargazing that night, he prepared dinner ahead of schedule. Also, he kept the bath open for me until it was time to go home. Also, although I had planned to leave early the next morning, I was very happy to receive such hospitality as they even went out of their way to prepare rice balls for me.The room is spacious and has a loft, so the ceiling is high so it might get cold. I thought so, but it was warm enough.P.S:New Year's cards have arrived again this year. I'll go again.

Exceed expectations! Great food, lovely atmosphere, and very welcoming (and accommodating owners - helped with dietary requests). Dinner was home-cooked with local ingredients, and breakfast included fresh baked bread amongst a huge spread, which we enjoyed while watching wild birds out the window. Bath is very large and clean. Good place for a destination by itself, or to combine with other activities (skiing, hiking, fall colors, etc.). Will be back for sure!

I have been staying at this inn for many years when I started skiing. Even though the owners have changed, the homey feeling remains and we still have a pleasant time.The atmosphere of the inn has evolved while retaining the previous atmosphere, but being able to watch the birds right in front of your eyes is... It hasn't changed. And this year, I've been coming here for many years, but for the first time, a wild squirrel came and was eating sunflower seeds in front of me with a cute gesture 😁 I was so relieved 😄 Oh, and if there's enough snow, you can also ski right from your front door. It's convenient because you can go skiing on the slopes and come back to your front door. After that, Mr. and Mrs. Honor are warm and fun, so that's probably the best thing. I’ll come back to skate next year✌️

The owner has changed from before and it has become much better.The owner had changed, so I wanted to stay there, but it was so popular that I couldn't get a reservation, so this was my first time going there.I think it's perfect for young people because you can eat while watching the birds, and you can eat as much rice and drinks as you like. It's just right for older people without being too much.The bath is large and bath towels are provided.This is a mountain hut that is filled with a lot of other things.We also have toothbrushes, washcloths, bath towels, and shampoo conditioner, so you can travel light!It's perfect for enjoying nature.((((((after that)))))Due to the coronavirus pandemic, we started serving food one person at a time, and we started wearing plastic gloves when going to public places.There are disinfectants everywhere, so you can rest assured.The room has a kotatsu and a loft, so you can relax in the spacious room.Also, the bathroom is fully equipped with lotion, emulsion, face wash, rental towels, and rental towels, which is amazing. (This is the wife who is aiming to become a super public bath! She is admirable!)For a while, I thought the food was a little less filling, but lately they've been offering refills, so I think it's okay for men as well. Please check your allergies, likes and dislikes, etc.Family run. Everyone splits up and cleans very thoroughly, and I am impressed by the thoroughness with which each family member cleans the changing rooms.The meals are carefully prepared home-cooked meals.For breakfast, we have both bread and rice, as well as miso soup and soup.

I made a reservation through Rakuten during this year's Golden Week and my family of three used it.They called me in advance, listened to my requests in detail, and took great care of me, a pregnant woman, and my 2-year-old child.They kindly informed us about the temperature difference over the phone, but it was a little more than I expected, and my child caught a cold right before I used it, so I thought they wouldn't like it because of the coronavirus pandemic, but they were still very warm and welcoming. Thank you very much.It was very clean, the room was spacious, and the private bath was great and I felt comfortable using it.The food, including the children's meals, was delicious, and there was plenty of space for children to read books and play, so the children were very happy.To be honest, I made a mistake in booking the place because I didn't know where it was, but I was very satisfied and would want to stay there again if I had the chance.I was busy and realized that the deadline for posting on Rakuten had passed, but I would like to introduce it to someone, so I decided to post it here.thank you very much.

I stayed there after my child's open campus.It appears to be a couple, and when making the reservation, I told them if I had any allergies or dislikes, so when I said that, they took care of it, and even told me if there was something I liked, so I told them. We had Shinshu salmon cooked rice, Shinshu beef stew, Shinshu soba, salad, soup, pickles, fried food, wasabi greens rubbed with salt or dipping, dessert, and aperitif (plum syrup for those who don't like alcohol). There was. We used local ingredients and it was delicious. As others have said, the beef stew was very delicious and I ended up having a lot of refills❗️Drinks had to be declared and were priced at the vending machine or convenience store price. There was local sake and local wine, but I think the prices were also low.The room was on the second floor with a terrace and a loft. It's right next to a ski resort and in the mountains, so if you leave the lights on, some small insects may come in, so be careful if you're not into it. There was always insecticide in the room.Breakfast consists of homemade bread, white rice, miso soup, corn soup, salad, pickled sausages, raw eggs, and local ingredients. Everything was delicious, and there was a bird feeding area outside the window, so we ate while looking at it.There was also a bag on the table to take home if you had any leftover bread, so I took it home.I received a warm welcome that made me want to go again if I had the chance.

I stayed with my family of four. It was reserved. I used to pass by during the autumn leaves season every year, but I was curious about the beef stew and stopped by (lol). I only stayed for one night, but I would like to stay here for more than one night. The food that takes a lot of time, the surrounding environment, everything heals you. Next time I will visit you for coffee during the ski season.

It's very comfortable and I'm sure you'll have a relaxing time there.I was very satisfied with the carefully selected meals, the chats with the owner and his wife, and the interaction with the people I was staying with.I would also like to visit and stay there again.
