This is a culinary inn located in Tamaru, where Ise Honkaido and Kumano Kodo Iseji converge. I used it as a base for walking the Ise Honkaido Road. The host apparently hunts, so we had eel and button hotpot made from wild boar. Apparently, sweetfish dishes are served in the summer. It's a great value at 7,700 yen for one night and two meals (as of January 6, 2024).

“Foreigners are not allowed,” I was told. Not recommended.Called them to reserve (in Japanese) and got told that they don’t allow foreigners (we’re from Germany). Can’t recommend.
