Please be careful if you are trying to have rainbow trout you caught at nearby Yachiho Lake's "Tsurikko Land" cooked! !A cooking fee of 300 yen per animal will be charged.Yachiho Lake's website states, ``Although it is limited to those who want to eat, it is also possible to have the food prepared at the nearby ``Lodge Yakamine.'' When I called to confirm that it was a good service,There was an explanation that ``Cooking only involves preparatory work. We will prepare a stove, and the customers will have to cook the rest outside.'' From the description on the website and this answer, it seems that ``If you are going to eat, you can prepare the food for free.'' I just took care of it.''When I went to the store with the fish I had caught, I was told, ``It costs 300 yen per fish whether you eat it or not, and it will be cooked in the store.'' ``I don't know what the website says,'' and ``I don't know who received the call.'' While driving, I stopped by and had a bowl of rice bowl.I learned about the menu of “Pork braised rice bowl??”I really wanted to eat, but it was early so I moved on without eating.The next week, I went to eat Yatsuganedon.Yummy, delicious.It feels more like boiled pork than braised pork, but it's satisfying and filling.

The yamame rice bowl was so delicious that I finally visited again with my family. This time, I ate a mini yamame bowl, soba set, sauce cutlet bowl, and soft serve ice cream. The set came with a lot of small bowls, and the soba noodles were also very delicious. The air is delicious, the food is delicious, and the soft-serve ice cream is delicious. The white birch trees visible from the window were also very beautiful. We also have souvenirs, apples, and handmade miscellaneous goods.

It was the perfect place to escape the summer heat. It's a good idea to bring an extra layer or two, even in the middle of summer.There was so much local food that I couldn't finish it all.

★Used as a restaurant for lunchFor lunch, I received the ``Mini Yamame Fish Karaage Don Soba Set (1,600 yen)''. The mountain girl fish has no odor and goes well with white rice with a sweet and spicy sauce. The soba noodles were short and slightly hard-boiled in the style of country soba noodles, with a dipping sauce made from bonito stock. In addition, it comes with a lot of small bowls, so you can enjoy wild vegetables and other things at a great value.The staff are friendly and make you feel very comfortable. Payment was in advance and cash only.Mobile communication is difficult to connect, but free Wi-Fi is helpful.

I got stuck at a T-junction and cried on my shoulder. I was helped by a very kind rider. Cry. The owner of Lodge Yatsugamine, where I went to take a break, gave me a compress, and I took a break with some delicious soba noodles and coffee. Somehow I managed to reach the inn. Went there for lunch. I got there late, so I was worried because there was a sign that said it was under preparation, but when I got out of the car and asked about it, it was open, so I got the yamame bowl and soba set. The portion was quite large and it was very delicious, so I was very satisfied! After I finished eating, I also had some soft serve ice cream, which was also delicious!

The fried yamame karaage, soba noodles, and soft serve ice cream were all extremely delicious, and we were able to fully enjoy the charm of Yachiho Kogen.I was very satisfied as I was able to enjoy a meal that took advantage of the beautiful clear water of Yachiho Highland!They also sell goods inside the store, and I even bought a cute Shirakaba-chan badge.I would like to use it again if I have a chance.

I stopped by for lunch (no hotel use 🙇♂️).Yamame fish fried rice bowl 1,480 yen, exquisite 😋Both the miso soup and the wild vegetable dip are delicious.It was a moving deliciousness that you couldn't imagine from the exterior and interior of the building. Although it is located in the middle of the fairy tale road, I would also like to visit during the winter ski season.There are also the largest white birch colony in Japan and spectacular views of Mt. Asama in the surrounding area, and although it is quite far from the city of Sakuho, it is a place you will want to visit again and again.

After walking through Yachiho Kogen Natural Park, we had lunch at this restaurant. All of Yachiho Kogen's entertainment is gathered in one place, including a vast natural garden, lodges (accommodations), and restaurants. Many cars stopped by for a break, attracted by the highland soft-serve ice cream.A restaurant with tables spread out comfortably in a spacious space with high ceilings that resembles a school cafeteria. It is a system where you first decide on a menu, pay at the same time, then take a seat at an empty seat and wait. The dishes are made with local specialties and are very nutritious and delicious! You can get farmed char and wild fish, and the ingredients are fresh and perfectly cooked, so there's no odor at all. The skin was crispy and the meat was extremely juicy, and even though I'm not much of a fan of river fish, I enjoyed it. The soft boiled flower beans were also fluffy and delicious. In the souvenir corner, there was a lineup of locally produced flower beans along with Shinshu's specialty products.

Visited on Saturday.At the reception desk, I ordered a bowl of fried Yamame fish.Fees must be paid in advance. After making my own tea, I took a seat at an empty seat.The shopkeeper scoops up the fish from the Ikesu in front of the shop.After that, if you wait for a while, Obon will be brought to you.When you lift the lid of the bowl, you'll find two curled-up fish fried in oil.First sip. The head part is also fried to a crisp and is easy to eat.I was satisfied as I ate a lot of what was actually Yamame fish with a sweet sauce.The soba noodles were made by hand in a space that could be seen from outside the store.

Order at the checkout. The Yamame fish in the Yamame fish fried rice bowl is fried twice, so you can eat all the bones. It was delicious. They sold souvenirs and accessories.
