I took advantage of the breakfast buffet.Overall the meal was delicious. The bread was especially delicious. There was a toaster, but it was still delicious even without using it. However, it wasn't very close to the station. Also, I noticed that the floor around the buffet table was sticky, probably due to my shoes. The tables and chairs were designed to be comfortable.

The room is small , I am fine with it. However I found a brown stained mark on the bed…. Disgusting 🤢! Normally Japanese hospitality industry can do much better than this….

I was a little surprised that I only got a 3.9.My family and I were traveling from Taiwan and stayed there for 2 nights (2024/6/14-16).🛌 The room wasn't small at all and had a nice view. You can see the river and skyline lights at night. The building next door was also tall, but I think the view was good overall.🥐 Breakfast is the best! Everything was delicious! There was a wide variety of breads, there was a machine where you could make your own pancakes, and there were fresh fruit smoothies in a variety of flavors! However, the selection of Japanese food was a little less than other hotels.💁🏻‍♀️ All the staff were kind. On the day I checked out, I asked them to call me a taxi. One female staff member helped me. She was very friendly and guided us to where the taxi was parked. thank you very much!👾 Conclusion: If I still go near Tsukishima, I think I'll stay there again.

Stayed at this hotel very recently, the hotel itself is very modern and simplistic and in a great walking distance of public transport and shops etc.Breakfast was great and waiting staff very polite and helpful, however service from the front desk was very hit and miss felt like we were being treated different to other guests as we requested for a later checkout and were more then happy to pay and originally we were told it was ok for two more hours and then one member of staff whispered to another and they told us flat out no, however went back the next day and was told yes but only for +1 hour but another member of our group was told they could have +2 hours and returned and was told no seemed very odd to us the way we were treated. The cleaning staff were very good and very kind to us every morning and if we didn’t want our room cleaned they would leave fresh towels and water on our room door handle.Rooms are quite small no storage for clothes at all so we had to live out of the suitcase day by day and the safe for valuable goods was almost 2Dimensional which was funny but not practical.

It was located about 20 minutes by metropolitan bus from Tokyo Station or Yurakucho. There was a convenience store next door which was convenient. It was a standard double room, and the size was just right. Breakfast had many types of bread and all of them were delicious. I think this is a hotel I would like to stay at again if I have the opportunity.
