The building and rooms are quaint and perfect for incognito! The food is great with lots of local ingredients! For breakfast, you can have as many bowls of rice as you want, including hoba miso and candied fish! There is also a hot spring, so there is nothing to say!

This inn can be reached in about 20 minutes by taking a bus from Shirakawa-go in the opposite direction to Takayama. The bus stop is Hirase Oishirakawaguchi, and there are only a few buses a day, so you have to be very careful.Well, although it is near Shirakawa-go, I have the impression that it is more of a place for people who climb Mt. Hakusan. However, as a ryokan, it has a hot spring, and the food was wonderful and delicious, even better than the Hida beef you get at tourist spots around here. Also, the heating worked really well, so I was able to stay warm even though it was winter (although it did get a little dry). However, some people who are used to high-end ryokan may be concerned about the homely atmosphere, as the rooms do not have baths or toilets. Maybe it's close? However, if you take the time to stay there, it's empty, and the food is reasonably priced and delicious, so you'll definitely be satisfied. Also, in the winter, the view of falling snow that could be seen from the inn was terrifyingly beautiful. I would like to visit again.

Eat by the fireside. The food is not good. There is a hot spring. Something is missing. The price is similar to that of a normal inn. Old folk house style. …

I visited after reading many reviews. The post said that the food and baths were good. I actually visited and found that the ingredients and hot springs were really good. The rice was also delicious. There are no problems with the age of the facility or the lack of a toilet in the room. There is no problem that the customer service is refreshing. Maybe it's because we're not from the Kansai region, or maybe we have a different way of thinking, but the way we talk is really strange. ``Tomorrow (checkout) is until 9:30.'' As soon as we arrived. And although it's an inn that seems to be suitable for drinkers, it's not suitable for that. Even when I call to ask for more, they don't come. I called him many times and he came twice in an hour and a half. It might be different if there were a lot of customers. Also, Mr. Young, please stop looking up and talking condescendingly. Everyone, please return my greetings.

This is a long-established inn where you can enjoy natural hot springs! The hot water was very hot, and it didn't feel like it was being brought from far away (through pipes to the inn), so it was very good. The food is also good!Recommended is winter! Apparently, you can eat your meal by the hearth. In summer, you can enjoy delicious rice using hoba miso♪Recommended.

It was so nice to be able to eat rice in the hearth!I had delicious Hida beef. You'll be very satisfied with menu items unique to Gifu, such as salt-grilled sweetfish and miso.Family run? It felt like home. The hot spring was small, but I was satisfied. However, you can get a charter ticket, but I thought it would have been nice if there was a word of explanation. There were insects, but I knew they were there and they were only found in the mountains, so it didn't bother me at all!
