1. There is a strange smell in the toilet and the toilet exhaust fan cannot be used.2. The bathroom is small, you have to take a bath in the bathtub, there is mold in the bathroom3. There are often sirens of ambulances in the nearby hospital, but the room does not have soundproof windows. It is an old frosted glass window that cannot isolate the outside sound.

I booked a room through booking and paid in advance according to regulations. But 30 hours later, they canceled my room and refunded. Their reason is "not ready". I will check in 5 days after booking. Why are they "not ready" even when they have 120 hours?No credibility at all

This is a very cost effective accommodation however there are a few cons. The location isn't particularly convenient, it's a 15 min walk from the closest train station. It's very cramped. When sitting on the loo, my knees almost touched the door. The cleaning staff would come at 8am, which made it hard to use the toilet/bathroom. Overall dirty and messy. It was not a comfortable stay.

An affordable small apartment in the center of kinshicho town. It's a little bit small but it still comfortable, and what surprise me is, kinshicho is a nice town, and have a park to, so happy to find this place. The apartment a little bit far from the station, but it's a fun walk crossing a lot of restaurant and park.

Zaito is incredible! The location is great and convenient. It's located only 10-minute walk distance from Oshiage Station which means you can go downtown with Asakusa line or Hanzomon line. And the room was clean and cozy. The host was like on call 24/7, quick to react and offer help and advice when needed. I definitely enjoyed my stay. So 100% recommended!

I like the decoration in the living room, the big sofa, and the warm feeling of home. It's very clean and the customer service lady is also very gentle and patient. The B&B chain is guaranteed. At least I feel at ease!

Very close to the Sky Tree, the room is very beautiful and clean, and the price/performance ratio is better than many places. When I went there, the cleaning lady was still checking other rooms carefully. It felt pretty good. I like it!
