Modern, quite new hotel, friendly staff, quiet neighbourhood, minimal street noise. Be aware they don't offer breakfast and laundry (which was absolutely ok with me, having read the description before).

I do not recommend this hotel.Firstly, it is dirty. The air conditioner has not been cleaned for a long time and has mold; there were stains on the walls in the toilet, and dust on the tile joints; the toilet washer was stained (possibly mold); there was dust on many surfaces in the room.Secondly, breakfast is not in the hotel building, you need to go to the metro to get to it. The breakfast itself is ridiculous. There are four sandwiches to choose from, three of which are with pork. Plus one cold egg and a drink, that's the whole breakfast.Thirdly, the inconvenience of service. To take an iron, you need to fill out a paper, and they only give you an iron for two hours. There were other moments, seemingly insignificant, but irritating.

I chose this place because it was about a 5 minute walk from the Meijiza Theater.There is also a convenience store nearby, which is convenient.The bath in the room is small and suitable for showering, and there is no large bath.I can't watch YouTube.There was a constant noise coming from the air conditioner in the room, which bothered me. 2 stars because I want it repaired.The breakfast venue is a cafe about 5 minutes walk away.Troublesome when it rains

I heard from a friend that this APA is a newly opened hotel, so I chose this hotel to check it out. I was originally looking forward to it, but actually there were many inconveniences and I felt that the cleaning was not careful. But of course there are also things that are very worthy of praise.For example, the luggage storage is very advanced and fast, the check-in procedure is very high-tech, and the English at the counter is well trained.After entering the room, all the information was provided in multiple languages in a very detailed and clear manner.The above is the praiseworthy part, and the following is the bad part.Bathroom: The bathroom has a strong musty smell, which I feel is caused by the shower curtain.Bed: Very soft and my waist hurts when I sleep on it.Storage space under the bed: It was originally a very considerate design, but I don’t know if it was not cleaned and replaced. When I opened it, the smell was the same again, and the cover was covered with dust.No washing machine: When I checked in, I found out that the hotel didn’t even have a coin-operated washing machine. It was a typhoon and heavy rain, so I had to wash clothes in the rain. It is very inconvenient for guests who stay for more than a few days.I don’t know if every APA is like this. wonderful hotel with an excellent location, 15 minutes by metro and you are already in the center of Tokyo. I was surprised that the hotel has only 3 stars, since I personally would not give it less than 4 stars: a comfortable room with everything you need, the room is clean, a wonderful large bed, air conditioning, a refrigerator, cleaning every 3 days, they bring a set every day new towels, the staff is very polite, the hotel itself is located in a good, not noisy area, in general - everything is perfect. Now, when I arrive in Tokyo, I will only check in there, I highly recommend it!

5 minutes walk from Ningyocho Station.The room hallways are open, so there is no heating or cooling.The amenities and cleaning in the room were good. Individual heating and cooling control is available in each room. I had a great stay without any inconvenience during my 4 nights and 5 days stay.The APA hotel chain's true advantage is that stable quality is guaranteed in any region.

A hotel accessible by one road from Ningyocho StationYou'll probably find Hisamatsu Police Station first, so just remember that it's just a stone's throw from there.Since I was staying alone, I was prepared for a small room, but I was given a very spacious room, which was helpful.Also, the people at the front desk are polite and have a good impression.The wallpaper in the room was pure white and clean, so it was an APA hotel with no particular problems.
