Location is good about 5-7mins near ryogoku station. Strongly recommended that you get down at this station. The other station is about 15 mins walk, very tiring. The best part is that this hotel has a 24 hrs Lawson convenient store located on the 2nd floor. Self washer at Y500 and dryer Y100 for 30 mins cycle.

We got lucky for a good price 190eur/2 nights and also got lucky on the floor that we get (25 out of 31) the view was amazing. The room is small (normal for Tokyo) but was enough.

The facilities, location, and service are good.As others have written, please adjust the elevator a little more.About 5 people were waiting for the elevator to get off the fifth floor, but it didn't stop.I think there is someone coming down from the upper floor, but only one lamp is responding.Is it through if it's full?I passed through 3 times.The door wouldn't open, so I went up once and then went down.The others gave up and went back to their rooms.Do you want to be able to stop at any point?At worst, I have to open the stairs in the morning.People on lower floors will never be able to get off the train. Please review your settings.I'm satisfied with everything elseI would like you to do something about it.

Fantastic hotel. Great staff, amenities and location. The rooms are very small. More of a microtel I would say. As a Westerner, I figured the hotel would be alot smaller than what we are used to, but we stayed in other APAs around Japan, and this was by far the smallest room. Everything was clean and comfy, though, and I would go back!

The room was small, but it was cheap, so I guess it can't be helped.There was a large public bath, and there was a Lawson on the second floor, so it was comfortable.I got the impression that there were a lot of foreigners.

Fantastic location, conveniently close to public transport and a variety of restaurants. The rooms are compact but cozy, offering a comfortable stay for great value. I especially enjoyed the sauna and the diverse buffet breakfasts, which featured a great mix of both Japanese and Western dishes.

There is a large public bath and a convenience store within the hotel, making it easy to spend your time.The steakhouse and pool are on the 31st floor and the view is amazing!

Affordable hotel with good overall rooms. My only complaint is about the elevators. It takes an excruciatingly long time for them to get you from your floor. Most of the time, there were long queues near the service desk in the entrance waiting for them. Besides that, I enjoyed my stay and especially the close location to the train station and restaurants.

Stayed at a different apartment than last time. During the three-day weekend in October, breakfast was over budget, so I stayed two nights without meals.This was my second time at APA and I felt a lot of things.good points・Non-face-to-face check-in and check-out・Large variety of large public baths・Check out at 11am・No transfer to Haneda AirportA little point・No plastic bottles (water) on the second night・There is no air purifier in the room・No water supply equipment (water server) in the large public bath・If you have +1 towel for the large bath,...・Large amount of hair in the large bath changing room・Coin laundry is expensive・One of the three elevators stops depending on the time of day, so you may have to wait a long time during busy times.It was late at night when I entered the public bath, so the hair in the changing room must have been unavoidable due to the recent lack of staff, but I could see in many ways that the hair had been thoroughly removed where it could be removed.This is not limited to this store, but rather the APA Hotel's policy, so if you take that into consideration when staying, I don't think there will be any problems.Personally, I think a large public bath plus α is essential, so I think it's good for a while.

In Tokyo, where land is at a premium, you really have to choose your hotel room carefully. There is a large bath (artificial hot spring) on B1F, which is very suitable for relaxing in the hot spring after a day of walking (remember to bring cash to buy milk).

Dinner buffet is the worst. This is by far the worst I've ever eaten. This is a level that cannot be reached. I don't think I will use it again. Please close restaurants. please.

Better accessible thru J lines, metro a bit far, j lines are not included in the metro pass, checkout too early and check in late but common in Japan, no tattoos allowed in the spa area when it is non sense, considering 60% of the Europeans have tattoos. The rooms way too small, the restaurant overpriced on the top roof.

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for my first trip to Japan. Room had a great view of the city and the Kokugikan!Service was flawless I could call the front desk and any question I had was answered in English!Location was perfect for a sumo fan. Right by the train station and a grand selection of restaurants along with wrestlers in bright, fluorescent colors coming to and from the Kokugikan.This hotel was all I could ask for. A complimentary bathhouse in the basement as well as a convenience store on the 2nd floor.I can't wait to come back for another tournament and stay here!

Honestly we spent more than 10 nights in this hotel and frankly it was great, the comments I see saying "the room is too small" are ridiculous for two it's more than enough we can store our suitcases under the bed and That's not in all hotels. The location is perfect and quiet, not far from the main lines which are easily accessible thanks to the line right in front of the hotel. Having a Lawson in the hotel is extremely practical.Indeed sometimes it can be a little long for the elevators but frankly otherwise there is nothing to say go straight for this hotel.
